grats! my friend is quiting through chantix but falls off the wagon, she is getting a 510 and 0mg nic juice to use instead of real cigs

I tend to only smoke around certian people... I dunno, just whent hey light up I do... if I don't see them for a month, I'll have a pack of stale cigarettes in my pocket hah, if I'm with them for a weekend I'll put away a few packs... it's weird, although with these, I bet I'll be having 0mg nic as often as not, especially if I like this djarum blend.

Hi Ryan!

Hey, don't sweat over smoking cigs once and a while, because vaping is a whole new ball game.

We’re so brainwashed by traditional cessation methods where cold turkey is the predominant way to success. With vaping, tapering dominates.

For me vaping has become a healthier habit (and don't fool yourself, it IS a habit even at 0 nic) that’s so much stronger than smoking. Right now I could go a full day on analogs and go back to vaping as if I never left… wouldn’t think I “relapsed,” or “fell of the wagon” or any other negative term because they’re not in my vocabulary.

So we should get rid of the "Q" word and enjoy our journey. We’ll ALL reach the finish line when we reach it, at our own pace.

Just my 2 nickels (inflation you know). lol
