Hello All,
Just joined,quit smoking/started vaping three days ago.

Smoked ALOT of years and wasn't even planning on quitting.

Confirmed,"I aint quittin' because I enjoy MY cigarettes" etc. An ad in a magazine was what lead me to checking into all of it.

Wow. Did ALOT of research.

Now I'm puffing on this Boge 510(from a "Q" kit) like a cross between a baby with a pacifier and a cigar smoker!

Started out dripping first,seemed the way to do it playing around with the cartys included it the kit.

Waiting on a passthru and Ego clone(almost 1000 mAH woo hoo!)

Welcome. I just joined too, but I've been lurking around here for awhile. There's tons of info here. I've been smoke free for 2 weeks now thanks to my Blu. After smoking 1 1/2 packs per day I definitely didn't think I could quit this easy.

Congrats! I started off with a Green Smoke and barely made it through a month.
Then I switched to an Ego for a good four months before moving on to higher voltage.
17 months in now and loving it...

That is so great! I didn't plan to quit smoking either. I was curious about it after a friend got an e-cig kit for Christmas and loved it, so I decided to get one and see if I could use it to at least cut down on cig's. (Smoked 24 or so a day for 35 years and my cough was awful.) But as soon as I took my first puff, I knew I could give up the cig's and switch to ecigs. It's been almost 9 months for me and I'm SO glad I made the switch!

Passthrus are great!

That's actually the very ad I saw in Playboy.(Yeah well,I'll admit the pictures are nice too)

Lot of reviews said the Blu wasn't giving enough vapor/flavor. I settled on the "Q" kit 'cuz it was only ten bucks,couldn't find a neg review anywhere and I found out the parts weren't really what you'd classify as disposable.

I think we can do it!

Hello bud. I'm proper new aswell, one month. Started with lookalikes but now upgrading, mainly due to advice from this forum. Vape strong. I have weak points and reach for the analogues, but keep to the vape.

What kind of kit was it?
The "Q" only came with one battery so as much as its awesome,when the battery poops out I eat like a half a bag of dubble bubble while it recharges

All of the people here started somewhere and no matter the brand, the thing that is most important is no more stinkys! It won't be long til my first monthaversary and I am looking forward to many, many more.

I still have an old full porta-ashtray next to where I go smoke(now vape). If I start feeling weak,well,I'd be needing to dig through old nasty stinky butts to smoke.Sort of an extra incentive to NOT do it.

In between battery charging and when that gnawing urge for "just one analog" happens it all helps!
