Griffin 25 TAF - broken or normal?

Hey guys and girls.

So im kinda new to vaping and all i had for 3 months was a aspire premium kit with premade coils.

Now, i bought a istick eleaf 100W TC and a Griffin 25 TAF RTA.
I have problems with liquid leaking and im not sure if the griffin is how it should be. If someone could maybe take a quick look at this video and tell me if the ring on the bottom is supposed to be so loose?



I think the liquid leaks out under the ring...

Is my griffin broken? It was like that from the beginning..

I have a Grifin 25 and has been my daily tank for months. Never noticed mine loose so just checked it then. Mine is not loose at all so maybe yours is defective.

Noticed you don't have a wick ring (unsure of the actual name) screwed on there. I ran mine without it once and it leaked like a sieve. Also when you wick it the cotton just needs to be sitting in the ring other wise you get leaking or dry hits depending how tight it is packed in there.

If it is new I would be taking it back and get it swapped.

yeah i took the ring off to see how far i could take it apart to eventually fix it, but i cant seem to dissasemble it any further..

damn, i might return it then...
