Hi Jacq....keep your chin up. It will most likely pass.I can only speak from my own experience and what I've read from others, but this is my experience/theory:
I quit smoking Jan 14th...and after that I went thru some pretty rotton days with blues/aggitation/"the grumpies". (On top of that my face broke out, and I felt hideous! Lol Id never dreamed Id have pimples @36!) I went from being a pretty darn pleasant person to being a real P.I.A..

.lol I am just just now starting to feel "normal again." I think that there are so many things in cigarettes that we become addicted to-( ie whole tobacco alkaloids (WTA) PLUS numerous things that are added to them to make them MORE addictive.
So, yes, you may be getting nicotine, but you still have to get the other crap out of your system.
I'd recommend making sure those close to you understand what you are dealing with, and try to be patient. In the meantime, perhaps check into some WTA e-liquid (aromaejuice has this). Hope this helps!
*edit* Didnt mean to just restate what the two or so post above me said lol...Im a painfully sllllllloooooooow typist on this qwerty...
