Thanks everyone. Glad you like it! YAY!!!!!

STUNNING! Absolutely STUNNING!

Love, love, love the dots. Especially the glow in the dark ones... how cool is that??! (question: can you swirl the glow stuff throughout the bottle too? Or is it a material only works on the outer surface? I am totally clueless about glasswork.)

The dark blue in the stopper is gorgeous. I am partial to the deeper colors.

Suggestion :) Your honeycomb work is my personal fav... have you thought about incorporating it? Perhaps in the dropper somehow?

I am amazed at how quickly you created this. Very fine work. Keep it up (please) :)

The glow in the dark glass is super versatile. The guy that makes it is a personal friend of mine and I've been his tester. This stuff is surprisingly solid and can be stretched for days and still keep it's glow.

The marble on the stopper-it's not a dropper- was a honeycomb, I just got carried away and added more dots to give some texture so it's easier to grab. Sometimes these joints can become 'stuck' and the little half melted dots will make it easier for Jules to open. I'll keep you in mind and possibly make a whole bottle that's honeycomb.

This bottle took approximately 30 minutes to make, not including dichro prep. Add another 30min for that. But once dichro's prepped, I have enough for about 5 of these.

And let me say. I've never used 'Smooth Groove' before. But this is one of my new favorite colors. It has a sparkle to it that makes it look like satin-y. Jules, it's right next to a color called "blue spruce". You'll see the difference when you're holding it. Almost the same color, just Smooth Groove has some bling to it.

And the Amazon Bronze will be used in my 'metal works' series. It's rusty lookin'.

The green dwarf frit backing gives a velvet look.

I love this bottle.

I'd post a pic, but it's all pipe work and I don't want to break rules. So here's a link. If it asks for a p/w use 'ashgrove1'. It's my guest pw.

I can and will do bottles like this, too.

Here are some more pics of the glow glass.

The straight lines are tube pulls, or stripped color on a clear tube, cover with clear and stretched. The cane, or twisty looking things can be used just like a stringer and be layed inside. I'll do this on my next bottle.

It is SO cool! LOVE the striped ones. wow, just wow.

Stopper :) yea, that's what I meant.

Yes, please and TY.. I'll go at the top of any list you want to put me at!

Wow. That's so great. Hope you have more "feel good" days!

This bottle actually holds more like 40-50ml. I just poured a full bottle of Halo, wich is 30ml, or one ounce, into 'my' bottle. It filled it ~2/3 full.

That is great. That bottle is going to be holding my sacred MFS Cappuccino liquid. Only the best goes in the best. Wow, that sounds kind of naughty, lol

Thanks. I feel great today. I've been feeling so darn bad that feeling normal is actually euphoric. I'm floating.

I plan on making 1 or 2 more tonight between pieces of jewelry. It's just too damn hot today. 85* outside translates to ~100* in the shop. I'll wait 'till the sun falls. :)

I'd have to be more than just a bit more talented, lol I can't even doodle, lol

You'd be surprised. I can't draw my way out of a cardboard box. If you can pick good colorways and have good eye hand coordination, you can learn to blow glass. It's the amount of dedication needed that is the hardest hurdle. It just takes a lot of practice, which of course takes up time. A lot of time.

Too bad y'all aren't a bit closer. I'd do some individual "Intro to Flameworking" classes. Individual only because my shop isn't big enough. I already have a shopmate. My studio is my 1.5 car garage. My '68 Camaro Z/28 got the boot and sits in the driveway. Has for 6 years. The paint shows it. :(

Offer stands. If you ever find yourself in Houston hit me up! Even if you don't want to take a class, you can just swing by and watch. And I'll make ya' a custom bottle or whatever you'd like.

I'm just blown away by these, shatner!! hehe Remember now, I'm the one who brought you out in the open here by suggesting you make bottles for our juice. ;) I know, I know, you already thought of it. :D

It's gonna be first come, first serve. The only reason Jules got the first was because she was the one who invited me here. I only thought that was fair. Besides, without her you wouldn't even have the opportunity of having hand blown art glass bottles.;)

OFF TOPIC: sorry to verge away from your beautiful glass, but I just had too :D

I know exactly how you feel! My mom started to wonder if I was bi-polar, because the difference between my "good" and "bad" days is so noticible :) I had to explain, the days when I feel good, I can really truly appreciate them, and I enjoy and USE every single minute!

Oh, I didn't mean for that to sound like it did. Of course Jules should get the first one.

Uh oh. This is the problem with the interwebs. You can't really convey(sp?) emotion or tone. I hope I didn't offend you. And for the record, I'm not offended.
