Guess I got lucky with Customs

Ok so I had a short day at work came home to find a package waiting in the mailbox. Upon further inspection the package had been opened and resealed with packing tabe but not the customs type tape ? Cant say seeing juice flavourings stareing me in the face overly impressed me. To me all these little things are just red flags for customs.

I have been wanting to order from china seems they have some really great deals but i do not want the hassel of coustoms with the exise tax and all related BS so i will just spend my hard earned $$$ here in the good ole US of A...

i placed my first order with a us vendor based in florida. i got an ego-t starter, a case, and 5x30 ml of juice at 18 mg strength. the bottles were labelled with both the flavor and the nicotine content. the starter also came with 5 tobacco sampler cartridges (which i never used).
when i received the package it had been opened and taped up again. i count it as luck and have yet to place another order in fear of what may happen to it.
though one day i might just have to place an order with virgin vapor.
