Definitely don't stress on the smoking. keep a pack handy for the time when you REALLY need one. as long as you are smoking less, you are winning. I still carry a lighter in my pocket. They are handy to have around and I can light someone's cigarette and mention that I still keep a lighter in my pocket. Happened 3 times so far and each time, they say... "oh, you have one of those e-cigarette things" or even one said "oh, I see you have one of those vaporizer things." then they ask how it works for me and I cna tell them how great it is.

Also, I ordered the volt starter kit with a sample pack from SI, and a sampler from Heather's Heavenly Vapes... any idea what time frame I might have to choose what I like before I need to reorder? I have no idea how long 4 ml or a carto from SI lasts...
you can overbuy your juice. It will keep for a year. and you can see how much you tend to use and that will tell you how much you want to keep on hand. It's different for everyone.

I agree with the others, don't stress over it. If you want to try a disposable that's fine but it's no big deal if you don't. When I started vaping I did not have the intention of quitting. I smoked over a PAD before vaping and once I started vaping I smoked a pack over the next week. Once I finished that pack I chose not to open the next one. 3 weeks later it's still unopened. It's all good. :)

Ok... I guess I'm off to order a few more samplers. Any suggestions on where to buy? I had seen lots of post about Heather's, but do you have any more recommendations?

Mountain Oak Vapors is very good. Fast shipping and the three bottles of juice i bought were all excellent.

Great advice, thats what I did. Over the past three weeks I still smoked, much less mind you, but I did. From PAD to about three or 4 cigs a day. Over this past week, I've had none. Didn't even really think about it until right now.

So, what should I go with? I really want an ego twist, per all the amazing reviews... What kind of set up would you recommend?
If you are a light vaper, then get a couple of 900 Mah twists or spinners. If you are a heavy vaper, go for the 100, mah ones. but definitely get two so you can charge one and vape one.

think he's asking about delivery device but ya i 2nd the spinner (but get the 1300mah - lasts all day and u can just charge overnight) for ur main batt and maybe a 650mah Riva for ur backup and then get 1 306 bridgeless atomizer for dripping/testing flavors and a vivi nova tank (2.5ml or 3.5ml) - they're easy to clean, hit well and the heads are replaceable. Plus they come w/ 3 diff't ohms so you can play around w/ the voltage to get a feel for it,.

I have done a LOT of research (mainly on this forum of course), and I've been hearing great things about the twist, so I figured it would be my next step up. I bought the Volt to get acquainted with vaping and to have something I could take to work with me and not be frowned at. Thanks so much for the links! I promised myself I would see where I was in a week before I spent more money on it. You guys are so great! Oh and I'm a she... not a he ;)
