Hello, so my batteries - sony VTC6 arent usible anymore?

I acidentaly dropped them on chrager (They wasnt charging at that moment), when I took them out, I notice lil bumps on the negatives, Can I still use them without worrying that it will sing boom boom boom at my face? Or throw them out? :>

That happened on your charger? Looks more like from a mod....

Either way, since it's a public forum and there's no telling who's reading this, I'd replace them.
The charger is fine, it didint drop from like 10meeters, it was more like 10 cm, and what coused the dent was the chargers spiral thing when u put it in it streches, so it bounced with some power on it.

Remember, it's not so much the dent(OK to a degree yes) but it's also indicative of the force the battery was deformed by (a little deformed as in dent, not bent in half) and potential damage to the contents. Li batteries have all these layers and if damage/tearing/GI upset occurs, it's a potential headache you didn't need. Here's a diagram of the inside of these things brought to you by Google images (you can find anything these days)

If it were me, I'd toss them. It wouldn't be worth the risk.
