*Wink*

I'm hoping the 6v won't be *too* strong, but at least I won't be able to complain about it not being strong enough. If it is too strong, I s'pose I can ease up a bit. I actually just bought the base kit from PS, and 2 Tenergy chargers with batteries from Amazon. If you plan to upgrade to 6v in the future, send me a pm, and I can send you the link(s) to the ones I bought. Or you can investigate on your own. After doing a couple of hours of math on the various options, it only ended up being a savings of about $23, but it's a justifiable enough savings for me.

I have also used alcohol (90%) to revive a couple of atomizers. They didn't last a whole lot longer afterward, but it worked nonetheless! You should be good 'til your kit arrives, anyway.

:)

Yea, that's why I'm starting out with the 3.7v. I was worried that 6v might be too strong for me since I've never used anything more powerful than an eGo lol.

I'll be sure to keep you in mind if I decide to move up to 6v! :D

Plus, the chargers I bought on Amazon come with cigarette lighter adapters.

:)

(No offense to the PS gang; I'm hopelessly frugal, but I'm all about customer loyalty, too. Can't find BE112 atomizers on Amazon..........yet, anyway.

That sounds pretty convenient! :D

So, I'm about to buy a few LR atomizers but cant decide between 'black' and 'steel'.... I think I'll go with the steel since they'll match better.. Or maybe not... Hmm. lol

I'm buying some of those Lucid clear carts too. They look like the perfect combination between a normal cart and the eGo-T tank system.

I have seen photos of the ones which have all steel parts -- they look pretty good. But I really think the setup you have in mind will look sharp as well.

I haven't seen the clear carts as of yet; it's amazing that after all of the research I have done, reading more often here has introduced me to so many models and parts I still haven't heard of. From an aesthetic perspective, I like the concept of a clear cart. It seems attractive.

Yaya!!!!! Are you home yet? I hope everything is going and/or went well at the dentist.........

Lol.

I just received the batteries from FedEx, and have those charging. The mod is due to arrive by USPS today, but they deliver late. My batteries will be good to go by then, tho.

:vapor:

Yep, I'm home! I'm being patient and letting the batteries charge up before I use them... The LR Boge cartos are working great on my eGo tho! Can't wait to try them on the Prodigy... Puresmoker also included a little bottle of Peach Menthol eliquid :D

I really hope yours arrives soon! :vapor:

Oh, hey! I missed you. Lol............sorry. I started writing and stopped halfway through to retrieve my package and put the batteries on charge before I submitted my post.

It's ok. I know you were just excited to get your batteries on the charger asap so they're ready for when your Prodigy arrives! :D

You know, I tho't the colors on the site seemed rather "off". They almost look like something between gold and silver, like the photos have been shopped or something. In photos I have seen elsewhere, the media blasted finish almost looks like a matte pewter in color.

Yea, it is kinda odd. I'm still very happy with how it looks and feels though. Feels very sturdy!

So what exactly does the finish on yours look like? I think the media blasted is supposed to be a very matte type of finish. Maybe if yours doesn't look as matte as you thought it would be, then mine (the satin) will be shinier than I expected (which will be a good thing :).

"Sturdy"..........ugh...........sounds so mannish, lol. I might still use standard 801 batteries for when the occasion calls for them.

I was actually impressed by the size of the Tenergy batteries, tho. From the photos I have seen, I had an image of them in my head as being almost twice as big than they actually are.

These batteries must have come with nearly a full charge, because the first 4 are already done.

I still need to get a multi-meter.

Drives me nuts having to buy parts from all these different vendors. What I haven't been through since the beginning of February. Five vendors and nearly 3x as many shipments, not including the ones I have purchased juice from. I have a feeling that's about to end with the Prodigy, tho. However, I still plan to buy 25 BE112 atomizers and the zip tip from PS, and the multi-meter from Vapor Kings. I don't know what I'll do with myself after that, lol.

My finish looks like a dull steel color. I actually really like it. :)

I said "sturdy" since it's pretty much a solid chunk of steel. lol It feels like it could handle some punishment and come out without a scratch.

Yea, I was too. I was expecting the batteries to be much bigger than they are. I'm not complaining though! :D

Yea, my charger says the batteries are charged already. I'm gonna let them stay on the charger for a little longer though. The user guide says initial charge should be like 4-6 hours... Mine took about 2.

I totally agree about having to buy from tons of different vendors! lol. Since I started vaping, I've already ordered from like 7 different website already. I've found that I can get basically everything I need from 3 sites. Do you recommend buying a multi-meter?
