guessing game: which 2.5 will be the last to go?

I just followed up my order of the bad Ti that keeps re-appearing like that nasty sofa you leave out by the dumpster with a ticket. I told them that as a huge fan of the Ti, I can only imagine the disappointment @dwroblewski felt when his order was cancelled. I went on for a good bit, then asked them not to cancel my order until they fix their inventory.

Speaking about that Ti tube, when I got my regular Ti ProVari, I had to send it in because the top cap was loose and working it's way off. I mean I could just wiggle it by hand and it would just come out little by little. I had a funny thought that that just might be my old tube that was kicking around

Had I known I was getting Enaud's sloppy seconds I might have had to pause before I clicked the "checkout" button.

Okay guys, this is starting to be not funny, unless you found another Ti tube :-(

I placed an order for this on the 2nd, then was told that the tube was defective, and would I like to make a different selection. I did so, even though the back and forth meant missing out on the sale pricing.

I'm sure you guys are aware of the business that is generated on the ECF Provape forum, and there is a very active thread right now on the 2.5 blem sale. Also, the Ti 2.5 is a VERY coveted mod, since to my knowledge, they aren't available anymore. So you can understand the frustration from the forum peeps when they see a 2.5 Ti unicorn pop up on the blems page, buy it, only to be told the next day, that the tube doesn't fit anything.

The first time was understandable. Another participant on the thread was all excited saying that 2.5 Tis were back on the blems page. I advised caution, and related my experience. Sure enough, he got an email saying that he ordered an "out of stock" item and was given the "buy something else or cancel the order" choice.

A couple of hours later, whaddya know, another 2.5 Ti pops up on the blems page?

So I ordered it.

I fully expect to receive an email in the next 24 hours telling me that I ordered an "out of stock" item and would I care to "choose another finish or cancel the order".

This is an opportunity for you guys to gain a little currency by maybe doing something for the poor guy that thought he struck gold. I believe his name is Daniel, and I think his order number was 187824. I don't want anything for myself, I've bought so much of your stuff, I have everything that's available except a custom Radius, but it would be nice to see a happy ending to this...I am a sucker for Ti Provaris as you can see from my order history, and I can only imagine how others feel when they get the rug yanked out from under them.

Feel free not to cancel this order until you figure out a way for this bad tube to quit popping up for sale.

On the other hand --- I've seen posts about and personally received excellent customer service from our friends in Washington during this blow out sale.....which has had, by my calculations, over 1500 orders to process.

I think the Pink Ribbon standard will be the last to go of the 2.5's on this Special's event as there simply seems to be more guy vapors and that color is the one most geared to the ladies. However, I do also think the 2.5 models will still be available for quite some time yet.

Just kidding, they have had quite a few orders, my (first) order for the bad Ti was 186602, and the order I just made for the bad Ti was 187919. I doubt all 1300 in the 12 days in between were for blem 2.5s, I don't think they have that many

Yeah, I've definitely been happy with Privape's customer service in the past... I'm perfectly willing to chalk this up to a glitch.

I did not say nor did intend to imply that all the orders were for blems. To be precise, the count between my first order (2 days after first started) and your today order is 1,447.

Consumers have posted taking advantage of the flash sale for other items and mods, too. Also, many are buying their first ProVi or 2; several are buying 2 or more at a time and obviously, a few have been cancelled.

I did count 22 2.5 models on the Specials page at one point. Now there are 6. I recall Vape360 saying that their small runs of 2.5's are 500 of any one size and finish. ProVi has a large inventory....and I would say they have easily sold 1500 2.5's in the past 2 weeks, just to consumers.......and perhaps many more sold if vendors had their own special.

I really really don't know how that popped up as an available item. I even checked with my production team to see if they magically discovered another Ti tube and they didn't. While the website programming is a bit beyond my knowledge, I did let our website developer know this happened and he assures me it is now fixed so it does not happen again. I promise if by some miracle we end up getting another Ti 2.5, I will let both you and Daniel know about it.

I feel terrible and cannot apologize enough, Mike! I'll sadly go ahead and cancel your order for the Ti and if there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know."

I really wasn't expecting them to offer @droblewski anything for his trouble.

a couple of weeks ago I ordered two in the am. about four hours later I requested the flat top and was told it already shipped. had it in two days. with all of the fervor lately I ordered another gmz,Mathis time with a flat top and extension and a pink ribbon for my wife..I think I'm done for awhile as I now have six. still waiting for a side by side or a tank. I hope those are the two that are coming soon.

Whatever comes out next will be panned as overpriced and behind the curve by the community at large, hailed as the best thing ever by the regulars in this forum, and I'll still be vaping my 2.5s But I imagine we have several months *at least* before anything new comes out. Maybe never, depending on the FDA stuff.

I'll take that a step further, Stealthy. Those 2.5s we see are most certainly the end of an era, and not "for awhile".
