Hi there,
Just got my UFS , 1 issue is how do I not flood the atty? When I screw downwards is to let the juice in? Do I have to suck it in or it will flow in by it self? After, do I screw upwards to stop the juice from coming in ? The 4 air hole, does it have anything to do when I want to add juice to atty? Please guide me.

Thank you

The more you screw down the UFS the more juice you let in. The air CR will also pull juice into the atty if it is bearly open. Since yours is flooding, start with a 1/4 turn on the juice control and open the air CR fully. To clear a flooded atty, close the juice control and blow gently through the mouthpiece. You have to experiment to find the setting that will work with your atty. Make note of once found so you can start at that setting next time.

Hmmm getting to understand more. Will do more experiment on the adjustment . Actually I can leave the juice flowing into the atty slightly open but not to much is it?

Thanks

Yes, you should be able to leave the juice control open as long as you are vaping on it. If the vape appears hot, open the juice control 1/4 turn more, if not much vaper (sign of too much juice) then close juice ring a little and/or open the air control more. If you stop vaping on it for an hour or so, close the juice ring. Also, close it when finished for the day else it will flood overnight.

Vintage,
I've posted a link below that helped me a lot. There was a definite learning curve for me with the UFS and I got pretty frustrated at first. Mine kept dumping the juice into the collector tank and leaking out and juice running down the shaft. Don't give up though. Now that I've figured it out and got it dialed in I vape nothing else. In my opinion it doesn't get any better than the GGTS/UFS combo and all my other PV's are just collecting dust. Keys for me in my learning curve were: 1) use good atty's, cheap ones don't seal properly, 2) close juice feed and air completely when filling tank, 3) make very small adjustments to juice feed and air and loosen top cap a bit when making adjustments (I only adjust juice feed about 1/8 turn when making adjustment).
