Guys can i used any e juice on a cartomizer tank?!or i must stick to the old juice that they have tnx

I don't use carto tanks, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't use any liquid. You might need larger or more holes though for high% VG juice, which is thicker.

Agree it should be fine, but high vg might be a problem.

I fully agree, use a higher PG if using a carto.
