well since you have a VW device, around 8-10 wraps around a 2.4mm bit/screwdriver with 28g kanthal should vape fine between 15-30 watts.

Yea a parallel 28g build would work fine. Not sure how low resistance you wanna go but 6 or 7 parallel wraps would put you around .6 ohms. not sure how hot you like your vape but with the k-box you should have plenty of power for that kind of build.
Because i usally doing parallel with my mech mod b4, so i was thinking if that build will also work in that subtank mini of mine,maybe 20 to 25 watts will work?
Ive ran up to 50 watts with a dual coil build. Wicking is a pita though. mine was a dual coil 2mm 32 gauge twisted coil, resistance at 0.6 ohms. 28 should work fine as a parallel and be a bit easier to work with.
7 wraps of 24g around the blue screwdriver that comes with it on the RBA deck.

Twisted 28 is a great option.. Almost all coils I build are twisted something--currently my favorite is twisted 26 Nichrome at .4-.5 ohms.
I second the 8-10 wrap build. But, I'd do it on the little blue screwdriver. That's what I wrap all my coils on, and it works like a dream.
I'm running a .7 ohm parallel in mine now. It was about 8 wraps 28awg. Hits like a Mack truck. I run mine at about 40 watts, but I also typically like a hot Vape. Works perfect at 25-35 and stays cool.
