H20 Smoking=RIPPED off?!?!

I ordered two atomizers that have a ONE YEAR WARRANTY from H20 on the 30th. These puppies are ultra xpensive for an atomizer but i figured the construction looked awesome, throw in the warranty and I couldn't lose.

I ordered the 30th and haven't received a thing. I have left emails, messages and haven't managed to reach a human being on the fone. I ordered some LR atty's on the 7th from another vendor and am already using them! Just a side note, a true LR atty on my chuck and some tasty vapor butter rum is the shiot! A+++++!!!!!! Has anyone heard of these guys? Can anyone vouch for them? If they don't arrive in todays mail I am calling my cc company and performing a charge back.....................disappointing.

SmokinJoe did a review of there attys some time ago. He also tested there warrenty...one of them failed and it was replaced.. Sorry you are having a hard time.

todays mail came and went, i've emailed over and over. One last attempt at a fone call and I'm calling the cc company and starting the chargeback process. do NOT use this vendor......

Well, I ordered from them on the 24th, they received payment approval on the 25th, Emailed them 6 days ago, got an apology and statement that they didn't usually do business this way and that they were expecting a shipment, atomizers were hard to keep in stock. Told them that a heads up would have been nice on their website that they were out of stock, I would have waited and not tied my money up. Contacted them again a couple of days ago, asked them to just cancel the order and credit my card back, I got an email stating that "If you do a charge back you will be responsible for the fee. Just so you know. You should contact the retailer first and if there was an issue with us crediting you then contact the credit card company. " I said well I did contact YOU and got nothing for a response, so I did a charge back with the credit card and received my credit almost immediately. Just went to their website and my order is still in process and no cancellation, so I guess I'm going to have to watch for it on my statement....... I won't be doing any business with them again. I've ordered several times from several companies in the amount of time that I've waited for them to respond and have received and am using everything. Oh well, sometimes things that look like a great deal are nothing more than a ploy to draw you in......

minimum from page 13 to last. You will see that this vendor DO NOT stand for the warranty. Someone has been wating for 3 months; I'm almost in my 2nd month waiting.

I scratched this vendor from my list.

These guys are rip off artists. I did not get replacements and I did not get a response from them after like 4 months until I threatened a charge back on my credit card. Stay far away from them. If you want an atomizer with a warranty look to janty they have a 6 month warranty.

well i STILL have not received my attys. I spoke with someone on the phone 8 days ago and was told they where out of stock and would be shipped asap. if they are out of stock, why is he STILL selling them on his website?
