Does the Cool have a tobacco taste? I forgot that's the sample I got with my Menthol Ice!

Before I started vaping, I was rolling my own cigs with some pretty strong tobacco. Not too many of the guys at work would ask to bum one off of me.
I like harsh.
None of the halo menth liquids have any tobacco taste as far as I can tell. I started mixing my halo with left over JC artic menth. The Johnson creek to me was too much tobacco and not enough menth. I use one dropper full of the Jc and top off with halo in a 3ml bottle. Just about perfect! Next time I order I will prob. get some harley to mix for my tobacco flavor.
I use this blend with the newpure, which to me is too minty. and the ment. ice which to me is a little mellow. I just cant bring myself to blend with the cool because I just like it too much on its own.
Also If you mix Menth Ice 50/50 with newpure, It is an awesome vape.
To me, the Halo Cool has something about it that is just so clean and rich tasting it is hard to describe. I mix it with some TW menthol to kick up the menthol. I was afraid the TW would take over and mask that unique Halo taste, but it didn't.
OK just found the code, its ECF4HALO if anyone is interested! It comes out to 19.99 shipped which I think is a GREAT price for some good juice.
I just ordered Freedom! Cant wait to get it. Ive got 21ml here, 30ml of atomic fireball coming and now 30ml of Halo coming...
Time to order some hardware now....

I really like my 510, I was looking to upgrade for longer battery life and to try and figure out the "hot burned tasting nasty atty" mystery that seems epidemic lately.
I didn't do the PT thing, I don't like being tied down or wired to anything, unless it's amplified or has headphones...
I'm really happy with the Tornado - and I do think it's making my Newpure taste awesome. I can really taste the subtle vanilla and more of the real menthol flavor. It just seems like a nicer overall "hit" - very consistent.
And - averaging 10 hours per battery is outstanding, to me anyway

Well, I work 12-hour shifts. I go through a rotation of three batteries in two chargers at a time with my 510 using the extended batteries. If the Tornado's that good, I'll just have to carry a bottle of fluid and a battery with me. Sweet!

It's SO much easier than swapping out batteries on the 510 - every 45 minutes when I'm chain vaping.
Along with a small bottle of e-juice, I even pre-fill a few carts and stick them in my little case thingie with the spare battery and bottle.

I am stuck between choosing Cool & Menthol Ice... Which one is more cooling? I am off analogs for almost 1.5months now and I am missing my Malboro Ice Blast.. Looking to find something close to that.. Extreme cooling sensation!
Trinitrophenol - Everyone's definition of "cooling" or even "menthol" is a bit different - but no menthol is going to taste just like a ciggie.
The Halo menthols don't have a tobacco/menthol flavor, but the Newpure, to me, is a little more full in flavor and has a nice hint of light vanilla on the exhale. I just ordered my third bottle of Newpure - it's my all day vape.
The Cool is the least complex with a simple mellow menthol taste and I think it's the "lightest" mellowest menthol of the Halo trio.
The Menthol Ice is a nice menthol with some subtle hints of light vanilla on the exhale.
I think they are all "cooling" - but they are very mellow and smooth.
I was a Newport Light smoker and any of the Halo menthols "do it" for me as far as satisfaction - but I'm stuck on the Newpure right now... I'm really starting to love the taste that develops when I vape it for a few days... or longer
