I have been getting a strange after odor of something like a talcum powder when vaping this juice. I have been vaping this on my Trident v2 with a cotton 1.4 ohm microcoil, and with the inhale and exhale it is a nice chocolate taste. The after smell is really starting to irritate me though. I hate the smell of powder! Is it just me? Any suggestions on how to mute that smell? This is one of the first chocolate vapes I have enjoyed minus the smell.

Phil Busardo made that same observation when he tested it. I believe he said something along the lines of "funky" odor in the exhale.

My experience, nothing you can do but live with it.

On a side note, my bottle was stellar at first, but now after about 4 months it is perfumey and a bit of a mess flavor wise. I guess it does not age well.

I don't smell talcum powder. I smell donkey ..... Seriously foul vapor aroma, but I do like the taste.
Adding other flavors will result in vapor with hyphenated donkey .... aroma. Mint-donkey-...., caramel-donkey-...., like that. If it smells like talcum powder to you, consider yourself lucky.

I DIY with FlavourArt's Cocoa flavor as a substitute, with small amounts of other flavors & sweetener added. I have gotten good, dark cocoa flavor, and it has pleasant-smelling vapor.

Kahuna Cowboy - with the price of BC, I think I'd let Halo know! Mine is about 3 months old, so I guess the clock is ticking...

well, here is my 2 cents... i like this vape on LOW heat. i hit it lightly, and it won't get "warm" on my cartomizer and it's great... just like cocoa, however, when it gets warm... yeah... there is a strong "scent" ... not talcum-like to me... but like a heavy almost gassy odor - perhaps donkey ...., but i've never partook. hah.

However, i've also noticed, as my cartomizer dries up, it heats really fast, and so more stanky, but if the cartomizer is on the full side, i can avoid the stanky if i don't keep the electric going past 5 seconds on my cigalike and not take too many hits in succession. Maybe, this flavor just needs to be "lighter" in general.

If i had vv of any sort, i'd tone it down low and would not be expecting mad clouds with this flavour... but vape this for the flavour in and of itself as it is quite enjoyable.
