Does anyone know a faster way to contact Halo other than their email or chat? I placed an order on Veterans Day (11-11) for a triton and tank to replace one I lost. The shipping number they gave says the package was delivered as of Saturday 11-16, but there is no package in my mailbox. I went to the post office where they checked if I had a package there and they did not. I emailed customer service and last night received a response asking me to check with my neighbors. I live in Southwest Houston and if anyone knows the area they will know it's not somewhere you go knocking door to door to ask for a package. I emailed them back early morning and have not received a response. I have placed many orders with Halo and also sent a few friends their way with no problems whatsoever. I find it unresponsive of them for me to tell them that I did not receive a package and they their response is to ask my neighbors.

I now think I need a whole new setup. Anyone know of a set up similar to the Triton that my tanks will fit?

Wow, what a pain. I'm sorry that you are having problems.

To be honest, though, I think I would be contacting a supervisor at the post office. Since they claimed to deliver a package that you didn't receive, it should be the post office's responsibility to find it. I had this happen to me recently with vapemail, and the supervisor contacted my carrier and they located the mis-delivered package within a couple of hours.

Best of luck!

I will try that. They took my phone number and said that they would call me if it has been found, but I'm not counting too much on USPS. The people at my post office are less than helpful and I'm in there almost daily shipping orders for my company. I understand that with USPS mistakes (many) happen. I own a business and I ship orders with a small fraction of them lost via USPS. I just don't like a company with bad customer service.

I have had non-stop problems with my post office, too, and I've started filing a complaint through USPS.com every time they screw something up (including delayed deliveries). I figured that if I didn't complain, they would never get any better! The day that I spoke with the supervisor was a Saturday, and the post was actually closed. I stood at the back entrance loading dock ringing the bell until someone answered (yep, I was REALLY angry).

I would suggest being as direct as possible. Rather than accepting "We'll call you if we find it," I would say, "well, you claimed to deliver it, maybe you could ask the carrier if remembers where he put it?"

If you can't tell, I am just OVER the bad service from USPS.

Halo shipped the package.

The USPS delivered it, or it is lost... by the USPS.

If you did not purchase insurance, then, well...

The insurance is not the issue as much as what I was complaining about was customer service on their part. If a client contacts me about a lost package I do not tell them to go knocking on random peoples doors to find it. I understand that this is a USPS problem and I will take it up with my post office. Customer service is key in a business, without customers you do not have a business.

I contacted the company involved because no where in tracking information does it state what address the item is delivered. It could have been delivered anywhere for all I know. If there was an address showing that it was definitely delivered to my address then I would call that a full USPS problem, however at this point they are both to blame until proven otherwise. As said, I do this for a living. If a customer contacts about a lost package I have to prove that it was delivered to the correct address.

The last order I made took a week. Halo sent it out the next day after I made the order, but usps took the longest. I was very angry that it took that long Cuz I had just have a week with one pack of cigs. Usps made me mess that all up, and I felt horrible for going back. Next order I make, it's ups all the way.
