Support Issues???

Anyone else having trouble getting a response from Halo support. I requested an RMA on 9/11/2013 (still says pending as of today) and still have not received a response. Almost a month later, is this their way of trying to not issue product refunds? Is this common? I have spent over $600 with this company in the last 5 weeks and I am starting to become a little disgruntled.

their support is slow, i know i;ve had my issues with them. but most complaints are measured in days, not weeks. so that is not normal.

either there's a reply in your junk box, or they had a glitch in the system and your ticket must have been lost.


but Cinder is totally awsum, i think she goes to the support desk with a shotgun to get them on the ball or something. could be blackmail, she probably has pictures that no one wants posted on the interweb.

point being, PM her your details and she'll get people on the move.
