My mother in law doesn't know it yet, but she will be joining the Halo family this Christmas, as we gift her Halo gear to replace her current e-cig.

I researched before buying my g6 and was very happy with it. I purchased the Triton battery as well and love it. I can find little things to complain about: No glass tanks, incompatible threading.

But what can I say? I'm on their website ordering her gift and I tell my wife: I just love dealing with this company.

I've seen people say that I can get comparable hardware cheaper from other companies. I've had friends tell me I could order direct from China even cheaper.

But I'm dealing with an American company with American employees. They have a presence here on ECF and interact with their customers. I feel fairly confident that Halo will extend their line, hopefully to rectify the small complaints I could make.

But for now, I couldn't be happier. Great company, great product. Everyone who samples my Halo assortment asks to jump in on my next order and winds up with a 30 ml of their own.

They have been giving out freebies for the past twelve days to those of us on their forums... I'm not sure what more I can say, but this is really more than I expect from any company... Although now that I'm feeling spoiled, I may come to expect no less from Halo.

Truly setting a standard.

I bought juice from Halo when I first started vaping and quit analogs. They were the same 2 years ago as they are today but better. Through my own personal story I started back on analogs. When I finally decided to start back on vaping the first place I went was Halo to buy my juice. And I found they had grown with awesome hardware as well.

You can't beat Halo in quality.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not opposed to buying juice elsewhere, I really ventured towards halo while looking for hardware. But as far as an organization, I feel like they really give your money's worth, and seem to truly value their customers.

Maybe I've been lucky to not have any real problems they've needed to address... but that's not really something to complain about, either.

You can try others, but you'll come back to old reliable. She always gives happy endings, and doesn't get lippy.

Hey, Reverend.

I've had excellent experiences with my Halo gear, and their Customer Service. I did a lot of research before dropping a C on the Triton and a sample pack. And it wasn't a gamble at all. I knew it would freakin rock. I even left work early the day it was delivered.

In a way, I love hearing about others spending big bucks on tanks, clearos, bottom feeds, cartotanks, and ridiculous bucks on essentially, a flashlight tube. And all their problems!! And their constant search for something really good.

I smile as I vape on my three month old Triton, perfectly satisfied with the mondo plume of fog.

And best is when they come back, admitting that they had learned an expensive lesson. And admit that nothing really beats the Halo stuff.

(off topic, but my 93 Volvo is similar. Reliable, turbo fast, 225,000 miles, comfortable, efficient, easy to fix and maintain, plus a great resource web forum community, and 3 spectacular web vendors. Who also care, great CS, and sales.)

Halo products are worth the premium paid ... definitely not el cheapo but definitely solid.

Tried other juice and equipment here and there, pretty much various disappointments, even if not outright disappointed, more to pick at.

My only wish is that Halo would expand their gear a little. Probably quite tough to find quality products that can be re-branded into the Halo name.

Since I got my g6, and my wife got hers, the two other smokers on our block have started vaping as well. They both purchased from local retail stores. One of them did OK, but I swear the other one was badly ripped off, spending about twice what was necessary to get her kit started.

The benefit they have is the wider range of available accessories... but if you talk about cost... Maybe halo comes at a premium... but so does dealing with a business that has no eye on customer care.

My Halo triton has been great, I too did alot of research before deciding, I could not find many negative reviews about halo gear, and juice, 2 months in and my 2 starter batteries are still working, none of my tanks have leaked or broken.
It is a great reliable system.
I have ventured to other juices, Aiv for some dessert flavors, and quantum vapor for a berry smoothie I had to try, they were good and I keep a bottle of the few flavors I liked, but I will allways and forever buy halo gear and juice, maybe one day they will expand some gear and get some desserty flavors.
There CS is awesome, who else gives away hundreds of dollars in prizes?
