Hi guys,

I just got my Halo Triton vape in the mail. I followed all the instructions and filled up the cartomizer with e-liquid. When I screw it into the battery and press the button, I am unable to draw/inhale from the thing. It feels like someone plugged it up. When i unscrew it the cartomizer from the battery, I can inhale through it so there seems to be a clear for the cartomizer.

Its only when I screw in the battery that it wont let me pull.

Am i missing something or did i just get a fault cartomizer?

When I screw in my cartomizer from the halo g-6 ecig, it works fine.

Any help?

Take the tank off the battery, and look under the tank (you can flip it over, it won't leak).

The center post, is supposed to have a groove in it, to let the air through. Do you see it?

Otherwise, if you look at the base of the tank, there should be two holes drilled across; you have to keep those clear (I've put my fingers on them multiple times).

The tanks' not returnable, unless it's got a manufacturing defect, which I suspect you have.

The grooves you mention, are those the thread that's used to screw the tank to the battery? The two outer holes should run right through those. In fact, you should see light coming through both holes.

But it's the center post that's probably the problem; if it's not grooved, it sits flat against the battery post, and just blocks the center hole.
