Hey kinda new to the vaping thing and brand new to the forums but I've been reading these for awhile cuz you all have alot of good info and I wanted to ask which two of these two products would you recommend? The ego t is a little cheaper and I don't even know what a ego c is but for some reason the halo really appeals to me I have a 510 t right now. And I like it but I want something with more flavor and vape so if you guys could give me your opinions I would really appreciate it also another big thing ffor me is I don't wanna have to keep buying expensive parts all the time which is kinda why I'm worried about the joyetech the halo seems alot more simple its just two parts

Welcome to the forums! I'm not all that familar with the Halo Triton but from what I see it is basically just an eGo clone with a clearomizer attached. You don't necessarily have to buy a Joyetech eGo however they do have a fairly good reputation. I believe Halo does as well but I don't know it nearly as well as I do Joyetech. Are you open to other options or do you want to stick with the two you listed?

I'm new (and not improved)

I am with Dana A on this one--after using E cigs with the cartos for a few weeks, I went with a tank system (Turbo EZ) Besides it being a plastic garbage product (first one broke in less than 24 hours) go for something that is variable from the start. I'm learning the hard way but am looking for a variable wattage unit that is made out of metal without proprietary parts.

i checked out the twist a few days ago. it hits great, comes out warm from the power. i certainly liked it, my supplier here in College Station (vapegeek) tells me the battery goes fast when you crank it up. so i would say buy two!

i have the ego-c as my first vape unit. after a month and a half with it i am to the point where i find myself taking very long draws on it to get a good hit, and the battery goes to 50% by the time i get home from work. i have the 1000mah bat too.

i am on here posting to get my count up so i can go look in the classifieds for a prodigy.

I'm a tank fan, for sure.

Dude, just realized you're local. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=375878

Bam. Hit up a local shop. Most shops have the twists for you to sample juice with. You'll get to see how one works, see if you like it. Just remember, the Vision Spinner two pack from MVS has a bit of an edge on the twist, so don't do an impulse buy on a battery.

Now, the shop will have tanks and cartos for juice samples. At least the ones I've been to do. They'll have the clearos for sale, so just ask to see one. Have the guys walk you through both systems, how to clean them, how to change wicks/cartos. For me it's a clear choice.

And once you hit a shop, try some Halo. You're in for a treat!

I have the eGo twist, and a V passthrough. I'd trade them for two spinners ;)

I'm not familiar with the LA shops, but Vapor Loft is the place to be. No pressure, chill environment. Bit of a drive for you though.

Is there a Vapor Labs out that way? I'm on my phone, but I'll check the map in a minute. I gotta go build an SQL db anyway.

Awesome what shops do you recommend? I kinda like the online thing so there not trying to just sell me stuff because they need to get rid of it or whatever but your recommending the spinners right?

Myvaporstore.com has great deals on them. I always hate to hear about b&ms that pull that stuff.... mine is so against that

I recommend the spinner because the dial is easier to read and spin, but the twist is better made and less fragile. Go for the 1300 mah if your only getting one battery, its like a dollar more and easy worth it

I picked up a Triton and am very pleased. The resistance in their clearos matches the batts well so you get good production with a nice throat hit. Based on some of the reviews and Halo's FB page, the VV batteries are coming very soon.

It has an 808 and a vGo connector so, if you are coming from cig-alikes, it may make sense to pick one up since your carts won't go to waste. All equipment on Halo's site will work on the Triton as well - the G6 808 stuff fits including the mini clearos.

I am very pleased with the manufacture quality as well. Couple that with some really good juice and it was an easy selection for me.
