Halo Triton rebuild A+ Vape

I rebuilt my halo triton coil a couple days ago and I must say this is the best it has ever vaped. I don't have a way to post pics or videos yet but they will come soon. I used 32 gauge kanthal wire, wrapped 6 times around a paperclip. I also fished through some 100% organic cotton, I will never use fiberglass wicks again. The cotton provides a much better taste and produces a nice cloud of vape.

At first the cotton was more of a pain, it soaked up so much juice that my tank would gurgle and leak, after rebuilding it a few times I managed to find the right amount of cotton to use, a lil goes a long ways.

Has anyone else tried this setup with the halo triton? If so post your results.

I don't have a ohm tester yet, Still on the way. but I will be sure to post it soon as it arrives.

As a fellow Triton owner, I say congrats. That's certainly one way to improve the vape from the Triton.

Another is to get a tank and a bunch of blank 808 carts and make a Cartomizer for it.

I have the carts for it and I hate them with a passion, its more of a burnt taste and I vape a lot so its always burning my lips. I like the tanks better.

I've had a tough time getting the pin and grommet back in - what did you use to get it back together?

I had to use a sewing needle to poke the edges in first ( the blunt side ) once you work the edges in you can put the pin in and push everything down with a flathead. Its a pain that's for sure.
