I've since picked up SI's 1'300 mAh VV.
The standard limiter on a regular battery is 2.2 amps, but it's higher on this VV: I can push a standard coil to 4.8v, and it's noticeably different than 4.3v.
SI's 1'300 VV is noticeably bigger, but that didn't bother me. What was surprising is that the regulator isn't terribly efficient, and my 900 mAh Tritons last just as long, if not longer. Both charge up about as quick as can be expected.
I chose SI's VV over Halo's because I hope to replace the cell inside, when it dies. It's a standard, 1st grade, 14650 size cell. Also, I got it on a 30% sale.
(available in Manual or Auto, in 13 colors)
