C&K Tactile dome switches is what you're looking for, though the ones in the cana clones are definitely chinese cheapies, as the legit C&K's i put in my DNA40 hana box are much more 'clicky' and solid, than on my cana clone.

Heres the ones most people use, but pretty sure there were ones with a lower operating force requirement, will post a link if i find um.

KSJ0V43180SHLFT C&K Components | Mouser

*EDIT* looks like C&K makes the same switch as above but only requires 100g operating force (1/3 normal/above) but they don't keep them in stock and dont think you want to order 1500 of um...lol.

I've seen these used in those billet aluminum milled cases common with hana and cana type dna mods...
This is THE big button a lot of modders use, but the body inside the box takes up space, install may be a close situation especially if you also mod the box for a new spring loaded 510 too. If you get the 510 you may want the tap too.

E-Switch Anti-Vandal - 16mm
510 Connector - Self-adjusting Center Pin - 14mm, 22mm, 28.5mm
10mm x 0.5 Tap

hth

Have any pictures you can link/show because I don't see how there's much chance of getting that 16mm button in a standard hana box.

Even if you were able to wire the chip around the extra size/not have issues with a floating VT/FD 510 interference, to get the hole large enough for the button would end up compromising the boxes edge where the door is.

If you've got a way to make the hole in the box about 1mm larger in diameter (I use a reamer which is quick and easy) I'd recommend one of these. Take up very little space inside the box and the larger press area is much more comfortable to use imo.

Otherwise just go with one of the stock size switches already posted.

You could make it work, looks like the stock hole in the box will still have to be reamed out a little and the button isn't raised very much so it might sit too far back in the box to be a comfortable press but it should work. I'd go with the one I previously posted rather than that one. It's already been tested for size and sits just about the perfect high inside the recess around the hole to be a comfortable press.

Here's a pic with the switch in it if you're interested. It's post 191

Yeah its a very tight fit indeed and that switch IS huge, but it's been done. If I were going to try it i would cut the hole a little lower to give a little more clearance between the switch body and the pos wire coming out of the VT 510.
But anyway, heres a vid showing that giant button on a hana box with interior detail shown.
