Hana Modz DNA30 @ .3 ohms

Is there anyone who has built a .3 ohm resistance on the Hana DNA30? The lowest I've been able to get to is .4 and with the .4 I find that it still shorts ever once in awhile. If you've done a .3, would you mind sharing with me what size kanthal and size drill bit (or whatever you used to do your coil) you used? I'm desperate. I really want my Hana to hit at .3. Any suggestions or advice would be great!!!!! Thanks!

Why so low why not buy a mechanical mod?.

I dont think its possible the dna could register a .3 ohm build
on this site if you use the second calculator table, putting in a .3 at 30 watts it displays "3 volts" and i don't think the dna chip likes to pull that low of a voltage. Whenever i go below 3.8 volts on my hana the ohms blink. i THINK though aha. I own a hana and i dont know everything about it. lol Chime in if someone is for sure.

I'm surprised you got a .4Ω build that would the limit to the DNA. ie.. the brains will not let you go any lower. However if you choose to go further post a few more times and you go to the mechanical forum and they can help you there.

I do have a few mech mods. i.e prism, turtleshipv1, villain, nemi) I just want to be able to get to .3 with the hana. It says the lowest it goes is .3 and i've never been able to do it.

Mine too!!! Mine blinks at .4 sometimes. I was wondering why it does that too.

There is no point in going that low with a DNA chip. They will give you maximum performance with a 2 ohm load. Not needing to go sub ohm is why there is a DNA 30, and 30 watts is all you're going to get regardles of the resistance.
Also 0.5 ohm is the rated lowest resistance.

TJ: I just wanted to push the hana to see how low i can get it. There are people that say that they've done it and i've been scratching my head trying to figure it out. Again, .4 is the lowest i've gone. I'm perfectly fine with that but again i just wanted to put it to its limits cause it does say the lowest it goes is .3

Don't you think 0.3 is a bit much to ask when Evolv rates the board @ 0.5? Doesn't make any difference what mod you put the board in , it's still an Evolv DNA30.
