Quick update: Hana solved my issue with the battery holder at the backside (after a "kind email" from my side)
A brand new one was dispatched to me last week and is at customs now, they asked me to send back the 1st one so hopefully my customs doesnt charge me (again) for the replacement device and im all set again.
Nontheless, im still IN LOVE with the Hana Modz V3.![]()
Good! If your using flat tops i recommend getting the button top converters. they're cheap and allow all your flat tops to work. All four of my batteries are flat top and half of em dont work because they don't make contact within the mod, so i had to get the converters. I've also read that magnets work, and i think the converters have em integrated or something. Either way, they work
Enjoy your hana!
You mean in the Hana? I only have flat tops and they work fine in the Hana, don't need a (magnetic) spacer or converter..

I have no issues with flat tops in the v3 (or v2 when I had it) either.. Have you tried gently prying the top battery contact down a bit?
Yeah i did that. I'm just afraid if I keep doing that the battery housing will bust.

I wouldn't do it too often either.. I usually leave the battery in and use the onboard charger as much as possible.
Yeah but i try to rotate my batteries out so if something goes wrong i guess I'll just contact hana.

I don't see it much different than folks recharging the same battery pack in the Mini..From what I gather, Hana is pretty good regarding repairs.. I hope it works out for you.
