This thread on page 2?!?! Oh no, that won't do!
To anyone that is on the fence about buying a Phiniac tank, here's a little push. LOL
These tanks are amazing, they are 100x more beautiful in person and they really are rock solid. This is NOT a flimsy tank, my Buzz Pro and Phiniac tank took a fall from the top of the fence post to the concrete sidewalk and it bounced. Not a crack, chip, nothing! I really love these tanks!!!
The way I fill mine, I push the tank up the carto passed the punched holes. I do this because I've found out with other tanks if you fill them with the punched holes still inside the tank, the carto has a pretty good tendency to flood and cause leaking out of the bottom of the carto. I guess it pushes the liquid into the carto through the holes.
I then fill my Phin tank with a syringe, tilting the carto to the side and sliding the needle down the outside of the carto. I fill it almost completely up and when I'm done filling, I push the tank back down the carto. No mess, no leaking and I've done this many times on my Phin tank.
Oh, and I'm all in for the XL Phiniac tank too! I LOVE the Resurrector cartos too, those and the Boge's are my all time go to and it'd be fabulous to have a Phiniac tank that can handle the larger the Resurrectors!
