I almost went with that blue for my site, I really liked the green, but the lil lady vetoed that cause she said it looked like the vapor in the background looked like some kind of toxic stuff from the Joker off of Batman lol...

This is just a suggestion but maybe make a toxic blue juice and name it "Odilicious"

Not sure if this question's been answered. I use a carto punch. For thicker juices like Boba's, I use at least 2, sometimes 3 or 4 holes if it's stubborn.

do you keep all your holes down low? I was always wondering if a hole higher up where the air pocket is would help the juice flow..

If I'm doing two punches, I keep them low. Any more than that and I stack them. So yes, I suppose from time to time I do punch them higher up. It seems to keep the carto sufficiently saturated and I've never had an issue.

Sweet! Im always scared of ruining a carto... Im too poor to wasteful :)
Another trick is to line up you carto with the button of your device first, mark it, then punch or dremel. This way when the tank gets low, the angle you hold your PV at. Will cause the liquid to sit at the hole even when its lower then it. ;)
