Just for kicks I thought I would post a pic of a handy little soft cap remover/stand I made from a ring paper clip. I like it because it serves as a holder so I don't have to lay my cap on a dirty table (and it doesn't fall on the floor!)

COOL!!! I have been using the 'arm' out of a .... plastic binder/paperclip thing, you know - the black triangles? and they have the arms?? LOL I dont know what they are- BUT, I have been putting the plastic in my little 'ashtray' and it never fails, it tips and now there is iicky juice in the ashtray. LOL
Well at least there are no actual ashes in it anymore.
I couldn't find a standard paper clip...all I had was this spiral one. So a couple bends with a pliers and vwalla!
Being a newbie here .. I mean really a newbie , just got my Riva e Go today..am I missing something.. after filling the carto am I supposed to put the cap back on?
They seem to be common on a lot of refillable kr808 cartomizers. Some have plastic caps which don't come off (or really hard to get off and on without ruining them).
I was skeptical about filling my own carts too, but it's SO EASY!
worf, unless you're using a drip tip in place of the little cap, you'll want to put the cap back on the cartomizer after you refill it ortop it off. otherwise you'll get a mouth full of juice! i don't drip but I use a drip tip in place of the cartomizer caps because sometimes they get too hot for my lips --the drip tip is just more comfortable to me. hope that helps
I have an Riva 1100mah basically a battery , the atty and the cartridge...if I put the soft cap back on the cartridge ...it doesnt look like it will all screw back together...I think?..maybe I should post on "the stupidest thing ive done" thread?
Ok I took the whole Tamale apart, it only goes together one way, and that's with no cap .
Worf if you have an atty, you most likely are using a cart so you are right--- no cap.

I just started using a drip tip on the end of a cartomizer today and I really like it - no more bits of juice coming up through the hole in the white cap. First I tried using the drip tip alone and that was a disaster.

To remove caps on cartos, straighten coils or fill in cartos try these-
