What do you suggest?

Maybe you can take a look into hangsen webpage and compare their production with other companies production , than share your opinion.

I looked at the site, but didn't see anything special about it or their processes. Looks like they are in the same area as the majority of the e-cig hardware/juice producers in China. All I really saw was non-nicotine PG & VG and some menthol being sold as a DIY kit.

I believe that Totally Wicked and Liberty Flights are much closer, in km, to you and both sell the components to DIY. I know there are good flavorings being produced in Italy and Poland. Cannot remember the Poland name, but Flavour Art is in Italy and they have a great selection of tobacco flavorings.
