Got my new Reo Grand today...beautiful as I expected. Its my second grand. Love the new design. BUT whats really cool is I needed magnets for my old grand and tried to order from the website and they were sold out. I placed the order for my new one anyways and put a note to ask Rob and Co. to let me know when I could buy some new magnets. In the package with my new grand was magnets for my old one. What customer service can compare with REOSMODS? I'll answer for ya.... No one.

Thanks all. I got a silver with black door. Old one is black with silver door. New one stays at home while old one goes to work with me. Until the new woodvils come back out. (hint hint reomaster Rob) Then the woodvil will stay home.

I've never found, or even looked for a better product. My 2 mini's, 1 woodville, 1 Reo Grand VV and 1 18490 are all I'll need for years.
