I just wanted to give a gigantic thanks to Vapor4Life, particularly the customer service! My peppermint was missing from a big order I made, during the gigantic sale about a month ago. I can totally understand it happening, since it was a massive, one of the first of it kind of sales. I also had a problem with one of the older batteries that I ordered and sent in a ticket. They sent me two peppermint, plus a beautiful copper shorty! They so did not have to do that, but their aim is to please, and please they did!

My message for any first time customers of V4L that are having any doubts, I just wanted to let you know that V4L is a top notch company and they won't disappoint!!! So kudos to all the awesome peeps at V4L!!!

Exactly...I am always hesitant to recommend so many things now...but not V4L :) Snow really hit the nail on the head :) I had a problem with about half of my last order...felt pretty bad telling them how many things were wrong because I don't think even 1 of the problems was their fault but WHAM! everything was replaced and IMMEDIATELY, too :) So what's not to love??? :):)

My last couple of orders got a bit messed up but I put it down to the move. Personally, I'd rather have a couple of little hiccups in my orders than to have had them shut down totally while moving. I have no problem recommending V4L and am happy to say that one of my converts has now converted 2 others! Reminds me of the old shampoo commercial: she told 2 friends & they told 2 friends...
