afaik its been passed already but not implemented until 2016, its harder to reverse a passed bill especially since it was the liberals w/their majority that passed it, i dont see them reversing it no matter how many future studies are published even if they are pro vaping.

I resent civil servants making choices for me and more so when only one side of the fence is being viewed.

Bill 45 is still in its second reading.... its not too late!

Agreed, but....

Nova Scotia passed Bill 60, very similar legislation to Ontario's Bill 45 with regard to vaping.

They are now deleting some of the subsections.
