Just REALLY wanted to say thank you to hoog and everyone at madvapes that work really hard trying to make everyone happy (which is impossible) each and every day...... I recently had an issue with shipping on an order that I made, and thanks to USPS in ended up about 500 miles away. A quick call and hoog personally fixed and shipped out a duplicate order and made sure that I had it the very next morning, at his own expense, and then laughed about the whole thing.....I have NEVER done business with any other retailer that has brought this level of courtesy and quality on a conistant basis....period.....So Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at madvapes and everyone on the forum!!!

I had a somewhat similar experience a few weeks ago where my address suddenly became undeliverable due to insufficient address. (someone at the post office is ......ed it had worked for every other order I don't even know how many times) but it got taken care of. I hope all of you guys at madvapes have a great Turkey Day

I haven't had any shipping issues (except for shipping my behind to their storefront), but I absolutely second their pure Awesomeness!! Thanks to all the MadVapes team for all the incredible work you do - Definitely be a mention at the dinner table tonight as to what I'm thankful for
