Last week I got an eGo-C Twist starter kit from Happy Vaper. After using it for a few days I realized the 510 threading was off as whatever clearos or atty I put on it looked crooked or bent. It would list to one side after being screwed on straight. This appears to be mostly a cosmetic issue as it seemed to still provide a good contact from the clearo/atty to the battery.
I contacted HappyVaper yesterday and today we already have a resolution. I was issued a store credit towards my next purchase & get to keep the original battery. I would also like to thank Debbie for the excellent customer service & prompt replies, she even phoned me at home to finalize the resolution and to provide me with options. I was happy to get a store credit as I know I'll be placing an order with them again with how they handle customer service.
