I really like the V4L cool carts but I am noticing they are a lot harder to draw on, is there a fix for this. I have taken them off the batty and they are still hard to suck air through.

pull the cap and make sure the hole down the center of the cart is clear and centered. you should be able to see right thou the center.
Are you doing the, long and low draw? Not a hard draw like with a cig? Sometimes looking at your holes on your cart, loosen or tighten carto to have holes unobstructed on batt end or partially closed will change the draw

You can also try to "fluff" the filler with a needle. Like the others said, make sure you can see through it
