I know this isn't the right place to post this but I couldn't find the battery forum so if admin wants to move this to the correct forum I would appreciate it.

I'm wanting to find the hardest hitting 30A battery to use in an unregulated box mod. I have some LG HB6's right now and was curious if that seems to be the hardest hitting cell made right now. If anyone knows of any other good cell for what I'm wanting please let me know. Thanks!

I run all of my mechs with LG HB2, 4, or 6 cells. These are all 30 Amp CDR cells. They are also rated at 1500 mAh (but the HB4 was tested to closer to 1600). I also have a few Sony VTC5A and VTC4, but the cost of Sony cells (when compared to LG) puts me off.

i am a noob at this vaping business. i bought a ijoy 200w. i got a charger and some batteries which came with it. they are beeway 18650 2600mAh. i do not know if they are safe for vaping/ amp output. i cannot find the specs of this battery anywhere. has anyone had any experience with these batteries. i have used them and they seem fine they dont even get warm but id rather have some1 with experience give their views thanks

I would buy a flashlight and use them in the flashlight. They are not suitable for vaping according to this reviewer:

They are most certainly re-wrap batteries.

yeah but y? he doesnt state the max amp output? how do you test them yourself to find out?

You wouldn't test them yourself, it takes specialized equipment & the knowledge to use it.
Probably best not to hi jack a thread about 30a cells when you've been given answers (albeit not the ones you want to hear) in your own thread.

This thread isn't only for me but anybody who wants to know the same thing or has other questions so no worries. I would do what @shawn said and to use them in a flashlight and get some batteries from a trusted website like Liion Wholesale. They usually are the cheapest around and have authentic cells with vaping in mind.

Stick to the reputable companies and sellers , for batteries , most of the big 3 are great cells different ones for different mods , either high amp low mAh ,
or high mAh a low mid Amp , is the trade off
Sony , LG, Samsung , most others are rewrapped.

Although the 20700 sized by Sanyo are getting good reviews ,

I just found that before I went to the market, damn good article even for the "chemistry" handicapped like me.
I was going to find it and post it, but you beat me to it, thanks

It helped me realize that AW brand and the SONY, Samsung, Panasonics are all "high drain" just different chemically, and these are all different from what are called "protected". I learned that the ones labelled protected really are not as safe as the IMR, INR.
