I'm about three weeks in, and going crazy with all the options may be the toughest part. Ah, and ordering in time from some places so that you don't run out of this or that. I ran out of the only juice I really loved from Heather's Heavenly because I really didn't factor in how long they would take to ship. Luckily, I had ordered a sampler set from another supplier and like one of theirs enough to make it through -- or I might have ended up back on cigs.

What kit did you get? Half the battle is learning how to use the delivery system. There's a learning curve and a bit of muss and fuss to get used to with all of them. It's hard to tell you more without knowing what you ordered.

I ordered the eroll kit since most places I frequent wouldn't take kindly to something big.

It's not an analog, pulling harder does NOTHING good

Take slow inhales, let the PV do the work

So the 'hardest' thing could be as simple as learning to take a puff all over again
old habits are hard to break

That's part of what I was getting at! Quick smoke breaks so I have learned to smoke super fast! That's going to take some getting used to!

A good cig-a-like (from what I heard) but a good chance you will wont more, maybe get a bigger PV (ego style?) for home, and use the eRoll out and about? Also mini ego's are small and still push a decent power set.

It's a big world out there in e-cig land. The hardest part, from my point of view, is finding the right juice and set-up. And, since taste is so subjective, it's a lot of trial and error. When starting out, just follow the directions of your products, and read a lot on the forums. Cheers!

I sense there is a general tendency to go nuts on everything when you first start until you settle into what flavors and delivery devices you prefer. I know I have been surfing a few different vendors while waiting for my kit to arrive and I could spend like mad on juice just because so much piques my interest. It's taken a lot of self control to not have gallons and gallons of juice to not get ordered by the 10 ml bottle. I think it'll take a year just to taste everything I want to taste.

Don't drag it like a cigarette. Take long slow draws instead. Someone else said on here if your cheeks sink in when you draw you are doing it too hard. That's good advice. Get small samples of e-juice from different vendors. Try ec blends first (they have ever flavor and the flavors are very accurate) then try some of the smaller boutique vendors afterwards IMO.

It might feel like you are puffing the eCig more then your analog, more then likely you are not, a cig is about 20 puffs, so just have that understanding too, time is now on your side. :)

That and you don't have to put it out and relight it. Set it down, do what you have to, pick it up again. It seems much more convenient to me in some ways, harder in others. It's a trade off. Right now the ups to ecigs outweigh the pros to analogs.

Okay, here's what you can expect with the eroll. I haven't owned one, but it's just a very small version of it's bigger sisters the ego c or t systems with the tank/attys

The cig battery is only 90 mah, so it's not going to last long. Maybe 20 to 30 minutes tops, and that is if you are not chain vaping. If you take a break every hour or so and take only 10 to 15 puffs like you would a cig and then put it back in it's charging case, that may be just fine for you. But, don't expect to be able to sit and chat and have a cuppa while you are vaping away for an hour or so. Not going to happen.

It's also a tank/atty system. The tanks do wear out after a few refills, so you can expect them to start leaking.
The tanks only hold .5 ml of liquid, so you will either need to carry juice to refill or carry extra tanks in a leak proof container.

The atty's may be problematic and go out fairly quickly, so make sure you have extras on hand.

If you didn't order extra tanks you're going to either need some or carry a small bottle of juice with you. The new strip of atomizers I just got have primer in them that tastes nasty if you don't rinse it out and let them dry. I just blow most of the water out and drip a drop of juice on the post then go. Don't let it's size fool you. It hits better than a standard Ego (not a twist) and very much like a cigarette. The 90mah battery just tells you when it's time to stop, which is something that has been a dilemma with larger devices for some people. How do you tell when you're through with your break? When the light blinks. It charges really fast in the PCC. Ten minutes and you can use it again or 20 minutes and it's full. Or you can carry two and alternate if you're a heavy smoker. 1090 mah gets most people through the workday easily. I carry 6 or 7 tanks in a little case (a large Tic Tac box will work) with me but I'm a very heavy vaper. Mine has become my favorite and I'm neither new nor lacking for devices. I use other things at home but when I'm out the door it automatically goes with me. The PCC and extra tanks are still easier to carry than a pack of smokes and a lighter. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.

Generally these comments are true except that the Atties are not anymore problematic than most Atties and the tanks are very sturdy. So far I haven't needed to replace any. If you check things daily with cotton swab a the or beginning of the day. Follow the eroll thread, and I'm sure you must have, and you'll see the more about the relationship you can have with this device. It's the best tasting per hit than any device I own and the early on hits on fresh battery are very satisfying. I use the PCC like an ashtray. Also when it's convenient I leave the charger plugged in. Yes they over promise and under deliver on the life of these little guys. It just can't be any different due it's size but it's very easy to adapt to and live with it. Of course buying a second kit is best and extra atty cover and extra tanks. You'll love it. I've been using for a month and just keep grabbing for the eroll e cigs passing over my Vamo with atty and mechanically with tank/carto. The hardest part is finding the damn little thing when you put it down somewhere!
