I have been reading and watching YouTube and I am just going to go ahead and try. (after a few questions)

1. What is the easiest atomizer to rebuild? I have Vivi Nova's, Kanger eVOD's and T2's or I can buy a better one if you suggest it

2. Best place to buy my supplies

3. What do I need to buy? (what kind of wire and wicks, any tools)

4. Any "need to reads" before I try?

Thank you in advance for having patience with me. I need to be able to rebuild so I can save money. Any advice would be appreciated.

The easiest to rebuild would be a rebuildable dripping atomizer, such as:

Phoenix Rebuildable Atomizer - Clone
or
IGO-L Rebuildable Atomizer

I've been rebuilding my Evod heads for a while now, it's fairly easy.

Wire - Kanthal 32 gauge should be a good starting point. Most vendors selling rebuildable atties also sell Kanthal wire.
Wick - above vendors will often have wick also; or you could try cotton ;) [see the Cotton Wick Wiki link in my signature]

Plenty of should reads; whichever atty you decide to rebuild - do a search here on ecf for rebuilding; someone has posted their technique for rebuilding just about any atty that can be rebuilt.

Also, get a multimeter if you don't have one. Always measure the resistance of the atty before applying any voltage to it. A shorted atty can be rather dangerous - to your battery if not to yourself. If you have a mod that measures resistance (ohms) that's good too.

If you haven't already, familiarize yourself with Ohm's Law ;)

Good Luck! :D

I agree on the Phoenix. It has holes inside the posts so the kanthal can be screwed down fairly easily. The IGO-L is also easy but it doesn't have the holes like the Phoenix does. I would suggest working on the Phoenix and getting used to tucking the coil between the posts before working on the IGO. As far as supplies goes you can get them fairly cheap on auction type sites. Discountvapers has fairly good deals RBA's and can supply you the wick and coil from the same source. Hope that helps!

I found some 32 kenthal on ebay. 100 feet for $5.80 free shipping. Sounded good. Is it?

Yes that is a good price, will last you a loooooong time.
I would also like to throw the RSST rebuildable atty out there. The reason is it will support 1/8" wicks if you ever decide to try ceramics.

I noticed this was posted a while back, but the igo-w, in my opinion, is the easiest rebuildable. It has holes in the post for the wire and has 3 posts if you ever want to step up to dual coils.
