Hardware question

All good choices, Vivi Nova great choice, and I have to add what about a good ol fashioned cartomizer in a tank? This is a little simple but rugged pyrex tank by IBTanked and a Siam mod drip tip.

How does the vivi nova fit with the ego/kgo batteries? The vivi looks like a large diameter tank. Is it top heavy when used with ego battery?
