So I had ordered the GO-GO a long time ago.
I never ordered any juice, lol, just never got around to it. Actually I had put the GO-GO in storage and never used it until now. This is the FIRST TIME I have tried VAP'n...

Finally I got it out of storage, and some Johnson's Creek 24mg Chocolate Mint juice arrived.

Now my impressions aren't totally bad, but it is burning my throat a bit. I basically have to suck without inhaling for a few seconds, wait 2-3 seconds before I inhale, then exhale. If I immediately inhale it burns me a bit. Is this the correct technique?

Even with this delayed inhaling method I am finding the experience A LOT harsher than a regular cigarrette on the throat and what not.

Is it the juice I'm using, my technique, the Go-Go itself, maybe I dry-burned the atomizer too much, I forgot to shake the liquid too (will do on next try).

Any suggestions anyone?

I don't find the juice to taste bad, kind of like the taste, not bad...

Honestly if the juice doesn't taste like burnt, I think you just are not a big fan of strong TH...
I believe the Go-Go runs at a higher voltage than 3.7. Also, are you using a standard resistance or a low resistance atomizer?

Whichever ones came with it, don't remember. How can I tell the difference?

Having trouble remembering the name of the place I bought it from as well, was probably almost a year ago to tell you the truth.

Also, when I fill the atomizer cartridges with the dropper, am I mainly just trying to get the cotton part wet and full, or do I need to fill the center opening as well too?

Well my experience is when i got this throat burning is the misture in the juice.. see most use pg and vg juice to cut with ...the more PG the more harsh it is your throat.. also try lowering the Nic to 18mg ... you should be able to hit it just like a regular anilog Cig.. try another juice and order it with less pg and more vg My fav place to order juice is ecblends.com and on the left of their site it explaines alot about PG and VG Check it out

Yah this 24mg is pretty strong, I smoked it for an hour only inhaling once every 5-10 puffs, and now I feel like I got a BUZZ like I've been inhaling on a CIGAR.

Crazy.

I am a 1 pack per day smoker about lately, used to smoke more but cut back a bit.

Yeah 24mg is a lot lol. BTW only the filling needs to get wet

You could run to Walmart or a pharmacy and buy some USP VG. The bottle will just say Glycerin, but it will say USP. 90% of the VG sold is made by one company and it is vegetable glycerin. It's by the alcohol usually and costs about 3.00 for 6 oz. Mix a few drops with your eliquid to calm the throat hit. It won't take much VG, and it might mute your flavor a little bit but at least it will get you by until some more ejuice arrives.

This is the problem that I, as well as some others had with vaping Nic juice, especially at higher concentrations such as your 24mg. It really baffled me at first because it did not seem normal that this potentially less harmful vapor actually felt much harsher than any cigarette I have ever smoked.

I have heard from many that you can and will get used to it if you take shorter drags to start, then slowly deepen your drags as you become more used to it ...... I never got used to it, and I didn't even try nic juice as high as yours. 12mg felt like it was going to kill me, so I stuck with zero nic for quite sometime (but I was also still smoking 4-6 stinkies per day).

Later on .... months later after starting, as fate would have it, I received some 6mg juice and WALA, finally a nic juice that I could handle without choking.... Since you already have the 24mg, maybe give it some time to see if you do get used to it, if not then go lower with your nic content.

You can cut what you have down to 12mg by adding a zero nic juice of the same flavor, for example if you take 10ml of 24mg Nic juice, and add 10ml of zero Nic juice, the end result will be 12mg Nic in your 20ml final batch ... or simply purchase a brand new juice at the lower Nic level.

Good luck hun, and hope you work it out either way :D

I think you're over-nicced, nausea is a common symptom. Everyone metabolizes it differently so it takes trial and error.

Are you inhaling like you would a cigar? I do that, I don't inhale into the lungs at all. Most of the nic is absorbed by the linings of the nose and throat. Also take light, long drags instead of quick puffs. Sorry if any of this is too elementary.

You should probably cut that juice down to 12 or 18, and order some 12 and 18 juices (small bottles of different flavors).
