I've been vaping for 5 weeks (not long)
After I tried a cinnamon flavored juice, I've had an intense sore throat. I also vape a LOT.
I reduced my nic level from 12mg to 8 today and I'm going to try to drink more water to see if I can get rid of the sore throat.
Also I can't seem to taste flavors very well anymore. I've been switching juices and that doesn't help.
Any tips? (I just changed my coil today again as well. I change it about once a week)

My gf vaped cinnamon and it killed her taste buds. She couldn't taste any other Vapes. Overnight it went back to normal.

I don't know if this has anything to do with my vaping but it started when I started vaping 8 months ago.
I feel like someone has their hands around my throat and I have some discomfort across my shoulder blades and slight stiff neck.
I thought the stiff neck was from an old mattress and pillows but I have gotten new and still have this feeling. Sometimes worse than other times.
I started vaping 18mg and now down to 12mg with some 8mg. Vaping early in the morning and late at night makes it worse so I don't vape.
I've tried different PG/VG ratios to see if that made a difference. Can't tell if it makes a difference or not.
Has anyone else experienced this kinda feeling when they started vaping?

I just tried vaping 80/20 vg/h20 , no nicotine, thought I was having a reaction to either the PG or the Nicotine, but It is the VG I am having problems with , tightness across chest, high blood pressure, upper respiratory problems. I have a upper back / shoulder and neck injury... making my muscle spasms worse. Had to go back to 80/20 pg/vg blend. Things are beginning to calm down.

I have been vaping since January of this year (my New Years resolution, so far so good!). A few things I have noticed is if I vape with too high of nicotine, I get a headache, feel sluggish, and just want to sleep all the time.
I'm down to 8mg and doing fine now.
Another thing I noticed is if I vape high VG juice, my lungs get phlegm and I start wheezing.
Other than that I feel great!

Once you get past the first week analog free then you should have no problems. Like others stated I had a cough in the morning to hack up the nasty out of my lungs. The only real side effects would be a pg intolerance or nic intake is too much. Both of which can be corrected by switching up the juice formula to less nicotine and pg.
