just curious...

i use the 24mg with my ego-t... and havent touched an analog since the first day i got the e-cig (7days ago :))

has anyone purchased the 0mg... and filled their tanks without keeping track which tank has the nic vs the 0 mg?

if so.. were you able to tell a difference? ex. craving, weak hits.. and etc.

if not.. i think i'm going to attempt to fool my mind by having my girlfriend fill the tanks without me knowing which is which.

i hope this made sense :(

Just started that a few weeks ago. I was using 6mg and dropped to 4mg for a month and then decided I was tied of mixing 4mg. I decided to DIY 0mg and throw it into my refilled cartos. I haven't really noticed any difference. A little less TH but I can fix that. I have been mostly using 0mg and using my 6mg for a base so that drops my mg's down to 2mg.

I use 0mg juice at night before I go to sleep. I seem to sleep better than when I vape my normal 18mg or 12mg juices.

But if I vape 0mg juice all day I tend to Yell at people for no reason and to mumble to myself while wringing my hands together. Guess I still have a Monkey on my back.

A Smaller, much more Well Behaved monkey but a Monkey none the less.

Has the occurred to any of you newbies that ecig suppliers would prefer you to buy as many flavors of juice as possible and at lowest level of nicotine? That they know you won't likely stay with vaping very long so they need to get you buy as much juice as possible right away? That those who sell junk hardware just might be trying to convince you that the junk can be fixed so you keep blaming yourself for their junk?

Hey...I'm sure most suppliers have more integrity than this...but I do suspect there are a few bad apples in this forum.

To answer your original question: You'd need a blind study to do it properly. Double blind is even better. Having your GF fill for you and doing a blind study is cool. I agree that you may miss the TH and will be able to tell relatively quickly, either from the TH or the lack/presence of nic. Don't forget to have her number them/mark them in some way.

I've not vaped 0 mg. I, like others (zoiDman), still have a small monkey on my back. So I couldn't have accidentally forgotten the nic. Maybe someday, but not today.

The lower mg I go, the more I vape it seems. I was down to 12mg but vaping 4-5ml a day. Started using some of my older 24mg and vaped 2-3ml a day. My body can tell the difference and regulates through cravings.

It saves me more money to stay up at 24mg because most places sell juice at the same price for 3mg as they do for 24mg.

Just make sure you have both carts on you, dropping to 0mg like that is a good way to go back to smokes. Had a friend, who SWORE it wasn't nicotine (only smoked when drinking, purely habit). Went from 12mg to 6mg then quick switch to 0mg, a few days later smoking again with PV, one week later only smokes. He was good for months, switched down to 0mg and went right back to smoking.

I think we all have different sensitivities to different stimuli. I wasn't trying to do anything but cut down on the 4ml plus a day of 24mg nicotene I vape every day. So I took an ounce of the doubler that Tasty Vapor sells of my daily vape, Atomic Cinnacide. I filled a few cartos with it which is nominally "0 nic".

Since I only use one primary vape (yeah I'm pretty boring ) I don't label my cartos right now. My helpful wife (sarcasm) put all my cartos together in the little desk organizer I keep my ready to go stuff in. Now the 0 nic doubler juice was made the same time my current stock of 24mg was.

Rather than fret over something I couldn't reverse, I just took them as they came up. It may not apply to other vendors but it does to TV. There is a distinct although slight, difference I can taste it turns out. Bottom line for me is that for the juice I use from the vendor of my choice, I can tell. A different vendor maybe not but I can only relate what my experiences have been.
