Has Anyone Ever had Problems Transporting Juice and Other Vaping Equipment on a Plane?

I have the eRoll, which has the cartridges that are impossible to fill up without a syringe, so I am going to fill up around 20 cartridges of multiple flavors with e-juice and take them with me along with the one bottle of e-juice I own that happens to have a needle cap on the plane for a trip.

I was wondering if the TSA would ask me questions.

Anyone ever been harassed for this?

I travel by air a lot and have never had a problem with the TSA or even vaping in the airport (although I don't flaunt it...just find a nice quiet corner and read my nook). I've never taken e-liquid through (always put that in my checked luggage) but as long as it's the regulation size (3.4 oz or less in a sealed plastic bag) you shouldn't have a problem.

I routinely carry 15-20 cartos and multiple batteries (mostly cig-alikes). I do try and separate the batteries from the carts in my back pack prior to going through security. The majority of my travel is through Detroit, Atlanta, and Tampa.

Don't vape on the plane though...that is against the rules (although I don't think anyone would notice if you stole a few moments in the bathroom).

Never had a problem. I fly a LOT.

Never tried to carry a syringe-tip bottle cap though... They might question that one.

IDK how long you're flying, but 20 prefilled cartos will last you the entire flight. Unless you got a week-long layover without access to your luggage somewhere.

Just keep em in a plastic ziploc baggie, and if they ask what it is, tell them. You'll be fine. They know what it is and they are not a restricted item.

i'll split my gear up between the carry on and the checked bag, just in case. bottles of juice, if you are going to carry on, i'll put into a plastic bag and stash em with the rest of the 'liquid containers' so they blend in. batteries go in a pack with my DS or other electronics so, again, they blend in with similar looking items. the guys ont he x-rays are mostly looking for firearms i would imagine...

that being said, i've had absolutely no problems carrying ego_batts, vivis and carto tanks through US domestic travel or international travel. this includes SFO, LAX, ORD, CHA, PHX, USVI, London Heathrow (including intl' customs), Frankfurt and Vienna

if you are really worried, just get your travel itinerary and mail yourself a care-package
