I've never gotten anything from China. All my orders have come from the US. However, I did once try ordering some tanks from health cabin once and for whatever reason I got a email from them a few days later saying that they couldn't ship it using the reasonably priced shipping method and said I would have to use the other. The price for shipping was just as much as the 3 tanks I was gonna order. I cancelled it.
My apologies for the confusion. About a month ago I placed an order from a company based in China. They had good prices on their website and I wanted to order multiple Items. Since my order on April 28th, I have not received anything. I have reached out to the company several times and I keep getting the run around. I can't get a straight answer. They keep telling me that it will take another 14 to 21 days before they will ship my order.
Unfortunately, I was not a member of the forum and did not know about all of the great suppliers that are recommended. I am very frustrated with the situation. I payed them more than $100 and am unable to cancel my order and get a refund. (My fault for dealing with an International company) I was just wondering if anyone has had the same experience.

Unless I'm missing something, you can always get your money back if you use a credit card. Debit card, not so easy.
Well, you have to consider that sometimes it takes a loooooooooooooong time to get things from China but it shouldn't take that long. Loads of people on here order from fastech, they are from China, and they seem to be satisfied with them.
Lets hope your order gets processed and shipped just the same. GL bro.

Have ordered lots of stuff from HealthCabin and have been very pleased BUT I always wait for their sales. I've ordered from 2 other Chinese based companies- FastTech I was VERY impressed with price, quality and CS.. Friend had a cheap PV DOA and they replaced it no questions asked.
The other Chinese Co. I got a working PV and was happy. A friend got a DOA PV and had a nightmare of a time dealing with them. Excuses, lies and deceitful behavior- from the time he complained to the time they shipped his new PV was 2 months- add to that 3 weeks shipping....would never order from them again based on his experience even if their stock was marked down 90%.

I have ordered from china many many times with my other hobbies. You have to be very patient, it can take up to 6 weeks.
If you paid by PayPal understand that your opportunity to resolve/ complain via PP is 45 days. A friend got the same run around and lost his right to resolve via PP because it went beyond the 45 days. I would cancel the order before the 45 day limit is up and place a new order with a more reputable company. That's your right as a PP customer.
I want to believe that they really are going to ship my order eventually. Even though I was told that my order couldn't be canceled because it was being processed, I can file a complaint. I used PayPal. I just wasn't sure if it really took as long to get things as it has for me so fat. I order resistors and other electronic components from China all the time on eBay. It is always free shipping and it is very unusual for it to take longer than 10-14 days to receive my items. Maybe I am just spoiled. Do you think I should give it a little more time before I file a complaint with PayPal?
Actually, FastTech is Hong Kong.. We may still think of them as China (and officially, they are), they actually have a different system which makes it a lot easier on shipments.
And I'm waiting for 4 packages from them now
As to the OP's question. No issues here. I've used over half a dozen or so vendors from China: Price Angels, TMart, Health Cabin, Vapor Break, Zainy, China-Sells, Tiny Deal, FastTech .. And the only issue I have ever had was waiting for the mail.. Which None Of Them Can Control!! Sure, some are less communicative than others... and once it's out into the mail system, there isn't much they can do except wait, just like you.
I didn't even think about that. I am running out of time to file my complaint.
My friend that had the hassle with the Vendor was stalled in every way possible and they played every trick in the book to get past the 45 day limit. I saw the emails and screenshots of the chat- tomorrow, immediately and they were ever so nice and polite.
FastTech shipping is quicker because the mail is routed thru the less busy Hong Kong terminal.
Who the vendor is how long the wait has been what the items where if they where waiting for a restock how they attempted communication

i wouldn't let that 45 days pass. i have used fasttech and they are great...and i had been worried about using them. shipping takes longer of course, but they are the cheapest for most anything...and free shipping. i would cancel, would contact paypal, get my money back and reorder from fasttech...but that is me.
