I am probably caught in the same loop as your friend. This fasttech places sounds good. I am checking them out now. Unfortunately even if I file a complaint with PayPal, it will take several weeks before I would see my money again. I am on a tight budget so I will have to wait until then before I place a new order.

My friend that had the hassle with the Vendor was stalled in every way possible and they played every trick in the book to get past the 45 day limit. I saw the emails and screenshots of the chat- tomorrow, immediately and they were ever so nice and polite.
fasttech shipping is quicker because the mail is routed thru the less busy Hong Kong terminal.

I have ordered from fasttech, great service, they normally get to your ticket in around 24 hours, it ships in 24 hours unless specified that it doesn't (most e cig stuff ships in 3 days) i recently ordered a vamo from them about 4 days ago and according to the tracking link it just arrived in the US...i doubt you will get burned by fasttech...but they are the only foreign company i have dealt with in relation to e cigs.

I don't know the rules about reviewing vendors yet. I didn't want to post the name of the vendor until I was sure I wanted to give them a bad review. The reason I posted to the board was to find out if it is typical to wait for a long time. I ordered a Lavatube V2, cobra clone, DID clone, some batteries, 5 clearamizers, and some juice. I also ordered some ss mesh and 28Gg wire. It was ordered on Apr 28th. I have only been able to communicate with them through a form on their website.



Who the vendor is how long the wait has been what the items where if they where waiting for a restock how they attempted communication

All relevant information if your going to get an informed answer.

See post # 20. If I were you I would email the Vendor and ask for a refund within 24 hours otherwise you will open a dispute with PP. Vendors do not like PP disputes esp if they have a track record of unhappy clients. As long as that 45 day dispute window stays open you are in the driver's seat.
Be aware I'm of the nature that I don't like to get ripped off...just explaining that I may be a lil' aggressive.

Update---

So after threatening to file a complaint with Paypal, I was finally able to talk to someone in person about my order. They were extremely nice and wanted to do whatever they could to help me resolve my issue. He explained that they were still waiting for the juice. I asked him to remove the juice from the order and ship what they had. I just received an email with a tracking number. I also received a paypal payment for the cost of the juice and shipping. I have to say that I am very surprised with the outcome of this situation. On one hand, it is too bad that I had to use threats to get through to them. On the other hand, they had a legitimate reason for the hold up. They ultimately did the right thing. Next time I would hope that there was a little more communication about the status of the order. I will keep my fingers crossed that the shipment arrives in tack with everything working. I will let everyone know what the outcome is. Thanks again for telling me about the 45 day paypal window. I wouldn't have been able to reach them otherwise.
