Has anyone been effected by the PACT Act yet? (online or B&M)

You know, that could be how online tobacco shops get away with it too, they never classified as tobacco or related categories. I have no idea, but lots of them are selling tobacco itself across state lines, and no one bugs them. I can't imagine why they'd bug vaping supplies, since it's not even tobacco... maybe it's the classifications?

My guess is they pay more for processing and have age verification software, rather than just ask for age. Back in my stuff your own days, there was a point when online vendors required me to send them a copy of my DL to continue making purchases.

I'd change banks. Oh gee. I live in Oklahoma, I bank in Oklahoma and I've made 5 purchases online since Jan 1 2014. I've seen no trouble at B&M's or online either. But join CASAA and have a voice. Don't sit on your hands.

Well, I panicked and bought 500ml of my ADV. Oh well, I won't have to order for awhile. I got an auto-email a few minutes later from the vendor saying how I was one of their best customers (no kidding, I've been ordering from them for over a year). They sent me a 15% coupon good for 7 days.
