I just recently bought a KBox 200 for 36.00 bucks on ebay and was supposed to be delivered today but it didn't show up. The postman in my neighborhood usually run at the 10-11 am but it said it was delivered at 3 something PM and I have a feeling that my new mod was delivered to the wrong address. The user I bought the device from is a Powerseller so can't leave a feedback to get a answer or help for 7 days what should I do.....?

I was a seller on eBay for 10+ years, and have been a buyer since 1998. It's not your seller's fault, if the USPS tracking info. shows that your package was delivered at 3PM...but you say it wasn't delivered to YOU.

First, are you sure the address the seller had for you...really WAS your correct address? If it definitely was correct...have you checked all around outside for it (ie. maybe on a porch, by a garage door, on a stairway, etc.)? Have you checked with neighbors to see if it was possibly delivered to them by mistake? If you've doublechecked on all of those, then...

YOU (not the seller) need to contact the post office responsible for your mail delivery. Provide them with the tracking number for your package, and let them know it shows that it was delivered at 3PM, but you didn't receive it. THEY should be able to talk to your mail carrier and hopefully find out where it was left when delivered.

If it wasn't sent insured though, I'm afraid if they can't locate it...you're most likely out of luck. It could have even been delivered...and someone stole it after the delivery.

About this:
The user I bought the device from is a Powerseller so can't leave a feedback to get a answer or help for 7 days

If your seller is a Powerseller or not, it doesn't make any difference in this situation. Since the seller DID ship the item to you, and provide you with a tracking number...it's not his/her fault the package wasn't delivered by the USPS to you! You should therefore not give tyhe seller any negative feedback. That would be totally unfair to the seller!

Labor Day is a holiday, so I doubt your PO is open then. Contact them first thing Tuesday AM if they're not there Monday.

I had a package from eBay get delivered to the wrong address. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen from time to time and not the sellers fault. Call your post office as they will be able to track the package down and see what happened to it. Once a seller sends something it's out of their hands and have no control over the USPS.

Contact your PO first.

Call your post office as they will be able to track the package down and see what happened to it.

Unfortunately, they can't in all cases, especially if it was stolen after it was delivered.

Sent a friend of mine a custom-made necklace 2 different times, and each time it showed delivered, but she didn't get it. More than a year later...it was discovered that a neighbor had been stealing packages delivered to people who were at work during the day. Her necklaces were never recovered, and neither were many other things he'd stolen.

Hopefully though, they'll have better luck with the OP's mod.

Waste no time in calling USPS Customer Service 1-800-275-8777 Monday - Friday 8 AM - 8:30 PM ET
Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM ET
and filing a tracer. All packages are now tracked via satellite so they can pinpoint within a block where it was actually delivered. As others have mentioned that won't help you if the package was stolen from your mailbox
(I have a camera aiming at my mailbox for that very reason.)

Also, some carriers scan their mail as delivered while parked under a tree or something
in order to save time then forget to actually deliver it or they don't see it tucked away somewhere in the mailtruck. Some carriers are thieves and vapers too...

If USPS doesn't find your goods or if this happens again then call USPS Consumer Affairs.
There are several phone numbers for them depending on your zip code. USPS Customer Service
can connect you.

Thanks Everyone. I know the address was correct for the package to be sent too. I have neighbors that sit and outside all day and they never saw the postman live package. My family was home most of the day and never saw the postman leave a package check around my front door and I did call USPS and put a tracer on it so hopefully I find out something soon.

It's very possible it'll show up Tues. More times than I can remember I've had packages delivered that never actually made it to my doorstep until the next business day.

I'd truly like to know how this is OK. If my package is out for delivery I want it the same day! Our USPS seem to do what they want, when they want, & could care less about the inconveniences they cause us. :-x

It's on the truck/van, but most likely was "overlooked" or they didn't even make it to your doorstep. Have seen this many times in the past where the delivery person never made it to the neighborhood for one reason or another.

Tell me about it. I ordered a set of tires and had to cancel my appointment due to them saying it was getting delivered that day but then only half the tires came that day, the other half came the next week. Good thing I have a Trailblazer SS and a C5 Vette when my HHR SS is down haha.

I had that happen with my last package from fasttech but mine had a happy ending. USPS site said it was out for delivery. Mailman came and went.....no package. An hour of so later he came back and handed me my package. He said he was sure he had a package for me but couldn't find it when he delivered my other mail and thought he must have been mistaken. He got down the road and found it so brought it back to me. Gotta love someone that takes his job seriously and tries to do it right.

Why is the seller who sent the packet off the hook & the buyer who has no paperwork, just good faith on the hook.
This happened to me last July on an ebay purchase. Contacted seller, search house, neighbors & so on. Told seller to provide shipping documentation ASAP. No hear.
Opened a ticket with ebay, 72 hours later i received a credit back.
A week later ebay asked by email if i was pleased by the resolution of the dispute.
Hell Yes..

and that is the big plus to buying through ebay and paying with paypal. I have had to file a dispute a couple of times and both times I got my money back including the shipping charge. For the most part the sellers on ebay are required to offer good customer service because if they don't they will not last long there.

I ordered a tool off of Ebay, showed it was delivered, contacted the PO, no love. Contacted the seller, we decided to give it a week then file a dispute. The seller was great to work with, refunded my money with no problem.
Two months later it showed up? Guess it got stuck between the seats? I, being me, contacted the seller and offered to reimburse them for all they were out, as it wasn't their fault imo, they told me to enjoy it and please purchase from them in the future!
So yes, USPS, isn't all it's cracked up to be!
