From the time Steve first became a supplier until a couple of days ago everyone was praising Puresmoker's great customer service. Then Steve gave everyone plenty of notice that they were moving across country and even gave the details of when the move would take place and once arriving in TN, would reorganize as quickly as possible, to be patient. Then when sh*t happens everyone wants to throw him under the bus. Steve will get back with everyone in due time - have faith in the guy....

I am truly sorry for all the backups guys and gals.
The move for steve and joanna was as follows: setting up all the products, shipping, unloading boxes, restocking, 400 emails a day, restocking, shipping orders 1000+ between the 20th-22nd, setting up new business(Pure Enterprises, INC.), New business accounts, home furnishing, and then getting new p.o. box.. and who knows how much other stuff that we did that I have forgotten.

Please please please be patient with us. We are still trying to make the transistion from moving from CA to TN and setting up the way we did business in a whole new way to make it easier for all of us.

We will soon have everything we need together and everything will be back to PureSmoker greatness very soon.

I have heard from daniel and now have a ticket number for each of my two issues (bad battery/wrong size item shipped).

Hopefully all the problems should be resolved soon.

Personally, I'm not trying to throw anyone under the bus. Posting here was a last resort as my emails and pm's had not gotten a response. I think a lot of people are concerned about their orders, and certainly for me at least, I was surprised to see them taking another massive round of orders without first clearing up all of the existing customer problems.

Nevertheless, they have a track record that has been largely a good one for most people, it was because of all the good things I saw here that I ordered from them in the first place.

I will most likely do business with them again and will update the thread when my issues are resolved. My problems dont need an immediate fix, its not a rush thing. I just needed to know that they had received my complaint and were going to be working towards a resolution.

Think about commerce like you're in an open market.

While you've heard for weeks that this one fruit stand there sells the best, sweetest tasting apples, when you arrive, you see that the line for this stand is a mile long, and there's only a husband and his wife trying to appease the throngs of people wanting to partake.

If you choose the really popular stand, you'll get exactly what you want, and it'll be great, BUT you'll have to stand in the mile-long line and fight the heat of the day to get it.

It's your choice to buy from him over the other vendors, but don't get in the long line (that you saw in the first place) and complain that you've gotta stand there and wait.

Steve has always been good to his word, and has, for months, done everything he can to make his customers happy.

I understand what you are saying, but a month of emails, pm's and web contact forms,-- it is now getting to the point of being ridiculous. He does not have the 'sweetest apples', it is rotten apples that I smell. Everything I got from him was defective.

I have dealt with other suppliers who are have 'sweet apples', are happy to return calls and replace defective equipment. I only went to steve because of all the PS cheerleaders here. Now, I am beginning to think they are all part of the scam. He has a good chunk of my money and I have nothing.

--- And NO - I will NOT chalk it up to a loss. I work hard for my money.

Have you taken a look at all the negative publicity on this forum since he moved? Have you seen all of the unhappy people? NOT GOOD!

THE OLD PURESMOKER IS GONE AND HAS BEEN REPLACED! When are you people going to open your eyes?

Yeah they finally e-mailed me but I still have no refund on the double charge. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK UGGHHHHH.


If I were PS I would STOP all new incoming orders and make the people who have screwed up orders happy you can alwyas get new customers but if can't keep em then you have no business. Make the people happy who need it the most right now.

And once those new suppliers start getting dragged down by an overwhelming product demand, thousands of emails (that may or may not be as clear or concise as their authors thought them to be), distributor problems, customs seizures, etc., everyone will start complaining about them.

It's a cycle.

They've explained their communication issues and have promised to make good on everything if you just stay patient.

I love Puresmoker, and I've received amazing service from them every time, but, when they moved and started to get set up, I told myself "Self... I know you really want to buy from Puresmoker, but they're going to be really busy and they're probably not going to be as available as they were before the move. It's probably best to look for another reputable company to get supplies from until the kinks really get worked out."

You know what? I continued to get my supplies, I picked up a few new flavors of juice that PS didn't offer, I met some really good owners, and my blood pressure stayed within normal levels.

When things get settled for them, I'll be in a shorter, faster moving line.

I am a huge supporter of PS and Diet and True and and and

We are addictied and it shows

All of these items that come in from overseas are not controlled and have NO quality guidelines So the bad stuff that comes in our suppliers only have so much control They will support it and refund it, they best they can

No sir I am not his brother in blood, I am his brother in spirit and we all are in this FORUM and as vapors

WE must not destroy good people, we will not have anyone left if we kill off all of our good suppliers

I told you I would pay for the trouble I am not BS please send me a PM and I will Paypal you the diff
and I will send you any product I have in my stash and it is meaniingful

We need to stop hurting our base, these are the ones we count on for the future If I had the balls and the where with all to start a ecig buisness I would have, I am not that smart
But I am that compassionate
as I would be to you and your issues

Hello Everyone,

I ordered on the 20th, and just got my order in Canada today. I haven't recieved a reply for email's that I sent previously to PS, about a faulty atomizer, but did get my order. In my experience, (only ordered twice), I recieve the merchandise quickly, but they do not reply to emails.

Just my experience, I'm not unhappy with PS, but I would like replies to my emails too. :)

Hey Everyone. I just read this thread for the first time, and I just want to tell everyone that we had received a HUGE amount of orders in the first couple days since the relaunch and we're finally almost caught up. In addition to the orders, we receive at least 400 emails a day. We try to answer every email, but only having 2 people answering emails....you can see how some may not get answered right away or at all. Our day is like this: start packing orders in the morning until about 8pm then answer emails until 3 or 4am. We are very sorry that we have not been able to get to everyone's emails in a timely manner, but please bear with us. Things will get back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience.

I've got this post saved to a word document.

I'll be here all day.

After reading this entire thread, all I can say is WOW. Shaking my head. I would not want to be Steve and Joanna right now. I can't imagine how tired they are. I just wonder if maybe they should have waited longer than the 20th to get back up and running. I know we were all hollering and begging for them to come back, myself included, but look at all the grief coming from this chaos. They don't even have their boxes emptied. They are running on 4 hours of sleep a day. I know this is their livlihood and their business, but maybe they should have waited at least 3 more days to get their feet on the ground. I think they were just trying to keep us all happy and figured they could handle it. If I were them I would have called a temp agency and got some help. Let's just all take a deep breath. We all have a choice in this. Shop with PS or shop elsewhere.
