I said that in one of my previous posts. However, he has answered some sales related emails. He is just ignoring problems. Again, if that was the case, how about an email auto reply or a quick post here. Also, the site is still up and taking orders. I know a supplier (Katy) who had medical problems in the beginning of the year. She used an autoreply to her emails, put a notice up on her site and temporarily stopped taking orders, --- which is the way to do business and is only fair. Don't take the money if you cant deliver the goods. That way you don't get irate customers. Is that asking for too much - just a little common courtesy!
Are you sure that there are certain emails that he has answered? Maybe his internet is down. There have been crazy storms and tons of rain and high winds on the east coast. Just a thought....
just for info... i live approx 84 miles southeast of where steve is... we had some WICKED storms run through here last night.. somewhere between say 7pm and 9pm.. for him they would have hit around 5pm or 6pm till 7pm or 8pm..
i'm not making excuses.. just pointing out a fact.. in my town we had THREE tornados spotted within a half hour time period.. unbeknownst to me one went right over my house... thankfully it never touched down anywhere..
anyways..personally im a bit concerned... i know steve is a badass hard worker with his business.. but he usually at LEAST pops on here every once in a while to reply to things.. i haven't checked today.. but last night when i checked he hadn't even logged into here since thursday.. that's VERY unlike him.. i'm hoping everything is ok.. and i'm overly sure that the problems people are experiencing are going to be fixed in the near future..
PS: i am NOT a happy bunny fanboy.. so please dont accuse me of such.. i dont promise i wouldn't be as aggravated if i were in your shoes.. but seeing as im not.. it's easier for me to see it unbiased.. please be patient and keep your heads about you.. and let's wait it out to see how it goes![]()

Just a possiblity... maybe they decided to stay TOTALLY AWAY for a few days to get their house set up for living purposes... I got the impression somewhere they hadn't done that yet.![]()
No, we're currently trying to focus only on the business and making our customers happy. We still have several household items in boxes and rooms without furniture.
Hey Everyone. I just read this thread for the first time, and I just want to tell everyone that we had received a HUGE amount of orders in the first couple days since the relaunch and we're finally almost caught up. In addition to the orders, we receive at least 400 emails a day. We try to answer every email, but only having 2 people answering emails....you can see how some may not get answered right away or at all. Our day is like this: start packing orders in the morning until about 8pm then answer emails until 3 or 4am. We are very sorry that we have not been able to get to everyone's emails in a timely manner, but please bear with us. Things will get back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience.
