I said that in one of my previous posts. However, he has answered some sales related emails. He is just ignoring problems. Again, if that was the case, how about an email auto reply or a quick post here. Also, the site is still up and taking orders. I know a supplier (Katy) who had medical problems in the beginning of the year. She used an autoreply to her emails, put a notice up on her site and temporarily stopped taking orders, --- which is the way to do business and is only fair. Don't take the money if you cant deliver the goods. That way you don't get irate customers. Is that asking for too much - just a little common courtesy!

I noticed you are from NJ, well, me too. Although I have been out of there for 26 yrs, the up bringing we had, lends itself, to be a bit, just a bit impatient. Me, I live in the south, with my NY/NJ attitude it sometimes gets me in trouble, Pal, I feel for you, you have no idea
I have been a junkie for all my life, seriuos drugs, cigs and now this
A hour without my junk and I go totally off the wall
and I have, I RUN RUN to the mailbox, everyday and hunt down the UPS man or my mailman to see if my package is here.. I email and check my BB or my phone to see if an email has come to confirm an order,
and whats even stupider, I do not need anything, I learned sometime back, do not EVER put myself in that position again. Just over order, all the time, so I am not riping my eyes out or kicking my dog, ( I do not kick my dog,!! my wife, maybe, but never the dog. )

All I am asking, is please settle down and lets give Steve and his family all the benefits he and any human being is entitled to. YES, maybe he should have done this or done that, and all the good things a good businessman or woman does. But just maybe, there is something up and by reading the comments we are starting to hurt this guy, that he is doing everything to build a business that serves us. If we were so smart and had an extra nickel, maybe we should start a e cig business, But we haven't

I feel for you and if all falls, I will send you some of my stash

Are you sure that there are certain emails that he has answered? Maybe his internet is down. There have been crazy storms and tons of rain and high winds on the east coast. Just a thought....


just for info... i live approx 84 miles southeast of where steve is... we had some WICKED storms run through here last night.. somewhere between say 7pm and 9pm.. for him they would have hit around 5pm or 6pm till 7pm or 8pm..

i'm not making excuses.. just pointing out a fact.. in my town we had THREE tornados spotted within a half hour time period.. unbeknownst to me one went right over my house... thankfully it never touched down anywhere..

anyways..personally im a bit concerned... i know steve is a badass hard worker with his business.. but he usually at LEAST pops on here every once in a while to reply to things.. i haven't checked today.. but last night when i checked he hadn't even logged into here since thursday.. that's VERY unlike him.. i'm hoping everything is ok.. and i'm overly sure that the problems people are experiencing are going to be fixed in the near future..

PS: i am NOT a happy bunny fanboy.. so please dont accuse me of such.. i dont promise i wouldn't be as aggravated if i were in your shoes.. but seeing as im not.. it's easier for me to see it unbiased.. please be patient and keep your heads about you.. and let's wait it out to see how it goes :)

All it would take is for 1 post on this forum saying "hang in there guys, we are backed up". Hell even an auto responder set up on his email would do the trick for a lot of people.

And you can't tell nicotine users to be patient 8-o.

I've had problems with my last two orders as well (one bad battery, and the wrong size juice sent).

I've emailed three times, and sent a pm, and have gotten no response over the last week. A post here by Steve acknowledging the customer service issues and his plan to make right would go a long way towards clearing this mess up.

I'm not dumping on him, I think he said they have some problems with internet usage in their new location, but still, its just not good customer service.

I just read this thread for the first time, and I just want to tell everyone that we had received a HUGE amount of orders in the first couple days since the relaunch and we're finally almost caught up. In addition to the orders, we receive at least 400 emails a day. We try to answer every email, but only having 2 people answering emails....you can see how some may not get answered right away or at all. Our day is like this: start packing orders in the morning until about 8pm then answer emails until 3 or 4am. We are very sorry that we have not been able to get to everyone's emails in a timely manner, but please bear with us. Things will get back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience.

Just a possiblity... maybe they decided to stay TOTALLY AWAY for a few days to get their house set up for living purposes... I got the impression somewhere they hadn't done that yet. :confused:

No, we're currently trying to focus only on the business and making our customers happy. We still have several household items in boxes and rooms without furniture.

Here is another question for the 'PS cheerleaders'. On this forum, there has to be some person, customer, friend or moderator who knows exactly how to get in touch with Steve. Now, if that person were me - I would have been on the phone a week ago saying, 'Hey pal, you need to get on that forum and start a quick thread - give em a heads up. The business you work so hard for is suffering some really bad press and your customers are getting irate'. Now, if you are Steve and you are the 'standup guy' they say you are - what is your very next move?

While I was typing - Steve finally made an appearance. At least we know he is alive.
Ok - I am going to try to be patient for just a little longer.

cool thanks for the update. i sent you a few emails. I got my order but my juice was not in the package, it says it was shipped with it though.

400 emails a day eh?
are they positive or negative?
Do they all have to be answered?
How many repeat emails are there?
Such as people has posted here, email after email without a reply.

I thought you had 3 people working now.
